Pros:

- Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen.

Cons:

- Kaum hatten wir das Hotel gebucht, erhielten wir mehrere Nachrichten, wann wir eintreffen würden, obwohl es bei der Buchung hiess, die Rezeption sei bis abends offen. Sie war jedoch nicht immer besetzt. Da wir auf Reise waren, konnten wir keinen Ankunftszeitpunkt angeben. Schliesslich erhielten wir einen Code, um ins Hotel zu gelangen.
- Das Hotel hat keine Atmosphäre, das Zimmer hatte einen Spital-Look. Eigentlich handelt es sich um ein Bed and Breakfest.
- Wir mussten angeben, um welche Zeit wir am am nächsten Tag frühstücken würden. Als wir einmal 30 Minuten später erschienen, wollten sie uns in einen Durchgangsraum platzieren, mit der Begründung wir seien zu spät erschienen und es kämen weitere Gäste. Daraufhin habe wir das Personal in der Rezeption informiert und haben das Frühstück auswärts eingenommen.
- An einem Morgen war die Dame, die das Frühstück vorbereitet erkältet und hustete. Ich habe sie darauf hingewiesen, dass sie einen Mundschutz verwenden solle. Erst nachdem wir die Rezeption informiert hatten, trug sie einen Mundschutz und war nicht mehr für das Frühstück zuständig.
- Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, aber uneinsichtig.

Lovely. We were made to feel welcome.
Pros:

The receptionist staff were superb (especially Tina). They couldn’t be more helpful or thoughtful.
Breakfast very good.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were building works immediately next door and they were at the drilling and hammering stage! A lie-in or a much needed nap in the afternoon were out of the question. I realise this is a temporary issue and won’t affect guests next year.

A perfect stay in Citudella
Pros:

What a beautiful little boutique hotel! The location right in the heart of Ciutadella's Old Town couldn't be better. Everything about our stay was perfect: clean rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and excellent overall service. Julia was exceptionally helpful and made us feel so welcome. We especially loved the charming little honesty bar downstairs, complete with lovely seating options both inside and outside to relax.
Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Amazing property in the heart of Ciutadella. The building is spotless, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is delicious.

One of the nicest touches was the staff—they provided us with a map full of recommendations for the best calas, restaurants, and local activities. They also offer secure private parking for an additional fee, which was very convenient.

I would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

Palazzo meraviglioso, elegante, pieno di fascino e in posizione eccezionale. .
Stanze molto accoglienti, pulitissime e curate nei dettagli.
Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile (Sol è veramente speciale!)

Credo che l'offerta vegana a colazione debba essere decisamente migliorata, visto il livello della struttura (e il preavviso dato).

My partner and I had a fabulous stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with so many lovely touches and a wonderful sense of history. We especially loved the little details that reflect the building’s past as a candy shop, with some charming elements of its original décor still preserved. It gives the hotel so much character and makes it feel truly unique.

The hotel is incredibly relaxing, with a beautiful spacious lobby and a lovely little honesty bar - the perfect place to unwind. And the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Ciutadella.

Before our stay, I had a few questions, and everything was answered promptly. The ladies at reception were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

A very special thank you to Sol, who was absolutely amazing - so friendly, warm and helpful. She made us feel so welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. ❤️

Breakfast was lovely too, and we really enjoyed starting our mornings there.

Thank you to the whole team for your wonderful hospitality. You have created such a beautiful and relaxing place, but it’s the people who make it truly special. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back one day! ✨

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno impeccabile. La struttura ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative per pulizia, cura dei dettagli e comfort degli ambienti. Una nota di merito speciale va a tutto lo staff: eccezionale, sempre disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno.
