Pros:

The view from balcony. Room is clean, all are very good.

Cons:

It was listed that the pool and gym are open during stays. But the gaurds and some staff at the reception were kinda skeptical, they said its only for residence. But that's just them doing their jobs and it's admirable.

Cozy little place. Friendly staff. Cockroaches.
Pros:

Very helpful and attentive owner with prompt communication and assistance.

Cons:

Cockroaches. The apartment was INFESTED. every 5 minutes there's another one crawling. I am not afraid, just disgusted, but for someone who is actually afraid of them this could be a deal breaker.
