Will be staying again.
Pros:

Extremely close to the pier and many options for food. The beach butler was extremely nice touch. Pool was not deep so allowed for short kids to reach the bottom.

servizio di altissimo livello. A partire da Fernando e dal manager che hanno risolto con molta attenzione, gentilezza e prontezza una incomprensione con le biciclette, sino all’impeccabile servizio dei ragazzi addetti alla piscina.

Mooiste en fijnste hotel waar ik ooit verbleef
Pros:

De kamer was gigantisch, en heel nieuw. Gevulde minibar. Prachtig zwembad waar netjes een bedje voor je wordt verzorgd. Ontbijt was geweldig. Mooie gym en spa. Personeel is werkelijk fantastisch!

Wunderschönes, neues Hotel, nette Menschen, tolle Lage

Neue, wunderschöne Zimmer, nettes und vorallem langjähriges Personal, was ich toll finde, der Pool war toll, sie haben das WM Final gezeigt, das Orla Restaurant war auch toll, sogar einen Dyson Haarföhn in der Ankleide gehabt

A lovely, well-appointed hotel overlooking the beach with a truly excellent staff
Pros:

Very large and comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Service in the hotel is impeccable. Anything we asked for was done, quickly and properly. Views are great.

Cons:

The pool is small and not shaded at all, which makes it quite hot to sit outside. Santa Monica beach is not the cleanest in California, though that is not the fault of the hotel.
