Pros:

The entire resort! Highlights were the room, the staff, the location, the room service, the coffee, the “lounge” (allows you to have a shower and change for a long haul flight even though you’ve checked out).

Cons:

Shower took a long time to heat up (>5 min).

Fantastisch verblijf met met geweldig en mega aardig personeel ! Was een feest om hier te verblijven!

In 1 woord ! GEWELDIG!
Van het moment dat je voor het eerst komt aanrijden om in te checken, ziet het hotel er mega mooi uit, onwijs aardig/netjes/meegaande mensen bij de auto’s en de ingang, inchecken leek wel een soort feestje. Kregen dankjes en doekjes. De kamer was klaar, was een mega mooie kamer ! Stond er heel lief en attent; een taartje voor mijn verjaardag (die wel wat later was maar dan waren we al op door reis) en een lieve kaart.
Restaurant mensen mega aardig en een praatje maken, geld ook voor de lobby en bij het zwembad. Niets was te veel ! Zelf als de auto werd gehaald en je ging op pad, hadden ze er flesjes water in gezet.
De kamer was bizar mooi, groot, van alles voorzien, dingen waar je niet aan dacht was er al. Mooie badkamer, heerlijke handdoeken tot aan het badzout alles was geregeld. Was ook een box met dingen als je iets vergeten was hebben zij het (tandenborstel, kam, make up verwijderaar, scheermes en schuim.. kleine dingen maar zo netjes en fijn!)
Wat ze ook deden, kwamen ‘s avonds nog een keer langs voor handdoeken, of iets aan te vullen qua drank en zetten je pantoffels klaar bij je bed met een lief kaartje.
Eten was erg lekker !!! Wij deden ons ontbijt op de kamer. Was een feestje !!! Waren mega heerlijke dagen. Vol respect en aandacht! Nog nooit zon fijn gevoel gehad! Bizar goed!

Heerlijke plek om te vertoeven in het bruisende Santa Monica

Heerlijke ligging, fantastisch personeel en hele mooie, verzorgde kamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.

Cons:

Er werd me een upgrade aanbevolen voor onze familie maar het Sofa bed was duidelijk van mindere kwaliteit dan de bedden van onze originele selectie
