clean, mini kitchen, close to restaurants and town
The pools were nice. We did not experience the spa.
We were not told to ask for housekeeping the night before, but they were able to "fit" us in. We wanted to know a little about what the area offered in terms of restaurants and places of interest, the person checking us in was not knowedgable and did not offer us any suggestions. They didn't talk to us about their spa or services.
I like the variety of pools.
The beds are terribly uncomfortable. The room walls are very thin and you can hear every car that drives by. The water filter outside was very unpleasant tasting, had to buy water at the store. Not sure why we can't have access to the pools before check in, it wasnt even full.

We loved our stay at Calistoga Spa Hot Springs! Everything was wonderful — the mineral pools, the beautiful grounds, and the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast bonus was a very nice surprise. We also really appreciated that after check-out, we could stay and enjoy the pools for the rest of the day with a Resort Pass. It made our stay feel even longer and more relaxing. We would definitely come back!

Just a small comment that there could be more hooks or bars in the bathroom as well as a dish for the soap
The hot springs/pools are really nice! You can tell it’s a little bit older of a property but they keep it clean. Lots of seating and towels. The rooms are spacious and have a nice kitchen area.
The rooms are dated, the doors do not close automatically behind you and the lighting is quite dark. Also, there is no elevator…
pools were excellent
Room 261 was directly across from the big construction project going on next to the property. A large amount of noise began at 8:00a. There were many other vacant rooms and for some reason we were put in this room. I didn't bother to ask why but the front desk needs to be aware of this situation. I wonder how is it that they are not.
The staff was very helpful and nice, the hot water was excellent and the open hoers were great.
