Pros:

有電梯，我們住宿的時候滿安靜的，樓下泡杯咖啡加自己買的牛奶很好喝，我們是兩小床房型，住宿空間足夠，睡得不錯，還有簡易廚具可以簡單料理。

Cons:

相較於在地鐵旁的住宿是需要多一段行走距離的，大家可自行衡量個人所需的CP值。
提醒一下簡易廚具有些不是很乾淨，要記得洗過。

Wir haben das Hotel relativ spontan gebucht und wollten für 2 Nächte nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon recht heruntergekommen, definitiv unser schlechtestes Hotel in Japan obwohl es eins der teuersten war - aber das ist wohl Tokio

閑静な住宅街、都心なのに。

Cons:

バスルーム、バスが、ないのに気付かず手配してました。
シャワーがメイン、外国人メインの仕様ならば、シャワーヘッドはレベル上げて欲しいところ。せめて、ティファくらいのレベルにすべき。

Good value in quiet neighborhood
Pros:

Quiet neighborhood—with easy walk to Oedo line (and others). Staff are helpful, if needed. A/C worked well. Good value.

Cons:

I would prefer a secure place to store luggage before/after a stay rather than just in the lobby since front desk is not always staffed.

I had a great stay with this hotel, after my long tiring days, i get to have a good sleep.

Pros:

Es gab viele kostenlose Annehmlichkeiten.
Lage war super, vom großen Bahnhof Ueno 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein kleiner Bahnhof, der dich überall hinbringt, Kombini & Supermarkt keine 5 Minuten entfernt.

Cons:

Badezimmer war schon sehr eng.
Wenig Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen von Handtüchern.
Die Wände hätten einen Anstrich verdient.
Relativ hellhörig.

Great quiet Stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Very nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. Even you can have a balcony!

Cons:

Everything was good. I will only warn about the location. You still need to push your luggage for about 15 min from closest train station.

Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel qui a un tres bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

J’adore le quartier très calme avec des restau et café atypique et à 15-20 minutes à pied du parc Ueno.
L’hôtel est très propre et confortable. Il y a un balcon et deux fenêtres.
Ce que j’ai aimé c’est que nous étions que deux appartements par étage et très bien insonorisé.

Gece yan odadan gelen sarhoş misafirlerin sesleri yüzünden sabaha kadar uyuyamadık, resepsiyon 22.00 da kapatıp gitmişti ve bırakılan numara mesajlarıma cevap vermedi. Ertesi gün MS atıp özür dilediler ama biz o gürültüyü o saatte iletilecek kimse bulamadığımız gece uykusuz kaldık, Bu otelde konaklayacaksanız 22.00 dan sonra resepsiyonda görevli bulunmadığını bilmenizde fayda var
