Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare Siracusa e tutti I punti di interesse circostanti. Molto cordiale e disponibile la proprietaria. Casa pulitissima

W obiekcie lekko śmierdziało stęchlizną.

Sypialnia na antresoli nie jest dobrym pomysłem. Schody na górę są tak wąskie i strome, że dla nas (szczupłych osób) wejście było niekomfortowe, a już na pewno dziwne było umieszczenie tam szafy. Nie ma możliwości wniesienia na górę walizki po takich schodach. Należy rozważyć poprawę mocowania schodów, bo trzymają się 2 wkrętach..

Bon accueil et communication. Avons apprécié les petits cadeaux d'accueil dont une bouteille de mousseux. Grande gentillesse et patience du personnel dans une situation difficile (bris d'une valise à l'heure de départ). Bons équipements. Endroit calme. À proximité d'une épicerie. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Matelas confortable. Propre.

Cons:

Escalier en colimaçon qui mène à la chambre principale: étroit, plafond bas pour une personne qui mesure 6 pieds (1m80) ou plus. Quartier légèrement excentré.

Zum Erkunden der Stadt ideal, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sie ist recht originell eingerichtet und eignet sich für jüngeres unkompliziertes (und nicht allzu großes->Treppe!) Publikum. Sie ist mit einer Gallerie ausgestattet, in der sich der Schlafbereich befindet. Diese Gallerie erreicht man über eine recht enge Wendeltreppe. Wem das nicht behagt, kann auf Wunsch aber auch unten schlafen. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles notwendige. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, man erhält ein Willkommenskörbchen mit Sekt, Saft, Kaffee, Kekse, etc.. Die Kommunikation ist problemlos und prompt, Probleme werden sofort behoben. Das Beste ist die Dachterasse: klein aber fein:-), inmitten der Stadt!

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist schlecht zu belüften, da es nur ein Fenster gibt. Essensgerüche sammeln sich in der Gallerie, auch generell scheint die Wohnung zur Feuchtigkeit zu neigen, was manchmal etwas muffig riecht. Es gibt aber eine Klimaanlage, die wir nicht genutzt haben.

La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto professionale e gentilissima; la casa era perfetta e comoda, molto accogliente e pulitissima. La location è un pò scomoda rispetto a Ortigia, circa una mezz'oretta a piedi, ma la signora ha messo a nostra disposizione due biciclette, quindi ok; allo stesso tempo abbastanza comoda alla zona della Neapolis, circa 20 minuti a piedi. Consigliato

La casa è molto attrezzata e in posizione strategica per raggiungere Ortigia a piedi. Host molto efficiente e gentile. Ottimo per un breve soggiorno a Siracusa.

Piccole pecche: il bagno con doccino senza bidet e non molta luce per l'esposizione interna

Très bon accueil. Confortable, très propre. Bien décoré. A 20 mn d'ortigia. Un cadeau d'arrivée et de départ. Très bonne adresse. Je recommande. Quartier très calme.

Cons:

Juste faire 30 mn à pied pour rejoindre la gare train et bus.

Convenient, but wouldn’t recommend for the price
Pros:

Very clean, the host was fast at responding and helpful. Comfortable bed, and free parking in front of the property

Cons:

The hot water didn’t work properly, and the water pressure was weak in the beginning. The AC was only heating the upper floor but it was very cold on the bottom floor. No body wash in the dispenser even though we asked to refill it
