Cons:

Das Fitnessstudio ist pro Person 1x für den ganzen Aufenthalt Gratis zugänglich und 3 Straßen weiter vom Hotel (diese Karten werden nicht gerne an die Gäste gegeben)

Pro Zimmer sind am Strand 2 Liegen inkl. (wir waren 4 Erwachsene im Zimmer, haben natürlich auch den Zimmerpreis für 4 Erwachsene bez. aber nur 2 Liegen erhalten FRECHHEIT) Der Strand war auch leer also es gab genügend Liegen.

Das Personal kannte sich nicht aus. Einmal hieß es wir kommen mit den Zimmerkarten ins Fitnessstudio dann war man drüben hieß es nein sie brauchen eine extra Karte dafür.

Parkplatz wurde beworben haben aber keinen!
Vor dem Hotel kann man nirgends Parken (wir haben das Auto dann in eine Tiefgarage gestellt die ca. 8 min zu Fuß vom Hotel weg war.

Im Zimmer war es so Laut in der Nacht. Die Klima ist Extrems laut. In der Nacht kamen überall Geräusche von oben und den Seiten.

Quiet, modern yet traditional vibe
Pros:

I love the pool feature. I love how the hotel was able to heat up our food that we had for leftovers. I love the sweet momentum of adding a handwritten note with the Portuguese egg custard sweet treat now I know that the hotel has some Portuguese influence.

Cons:

The hotel room bathroom had a lot of water that would leak from the shower so we had to put multiple towels down even with the glass door shut so it had this flooring that seemed to concave in due to the water moisture. It would be nice that even if we’re booking on booking.com that we would have a nice view of the view wasn’t all that great but that’s my only negative side. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Miami.

The rooms were not perfectly clean, sink was broken, staff at the reception good. Breakfast not recommended, staff in food area not very friendly.

Posizione comoda per giare South beach, struttura un po' vecchia ma in generale accogliente.

Cons:

Bagno molto piccolo e sistema di aerazione insuffieciente: è bastato fare una doccia e si è creata una condensa che non è mai andata via .Staff cordiale ma totalmente inaffidabile sulle escursioni, stavano per farci prenotare un'escursione che ci avrebbe fatto perdere l'aereo. Mentre il giorno successivo ci hanno fatto alzare alle 8 per l'escursione che avevamo prenotato, e invece poi la partenza è stata rimandata alle 10.

I would come back and recommend someone there for another stay.

It was clean

Cons:

The electrical sockets where lose in the bathroom when using the blow dryer sparks where shooting out of it. I could have got shocked. Daily room service is provided but when the come they do not knocks on the door. The pillows need to be upgraded.

Loved the stay!
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was awesome! The pool area was nice. The location was in a perfect area for walking to all the attractions, food, and beach.

Cons:

The breakfast could be a little cheaper for what you get. I just think 25 a pearson, so 100 for a family of 4, is a little over the top.

The only other small thing is the bathroom was tiny.

Mobiliário exterior muito danificado não condiz com as expectativas do grupo Pestana. Sendo uma cadeia portuguesa e frequentada pelo que constatei por muitos portugueses e brasileiros deveria ter permanentemente no front office pelo menos um falante de português e de inglês, algo que verifiquei já terem cadeias internacionais nos EUA
