Apesar de estar em obras, em nada influiu na hospedagem...todos os funcionários muito simpáticos...o da limpeza dos quartos e da manutenção.

Cons:

Não gostei do cardápio do restaurante Navarro, não contempla pratos para quem possui intolerância à lactose. No café da manhã só disponibilizaram leite sem lactose, de resto não havia opções de alimentos. Muito decepcionado.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo, já foi a segunda vez que me hospedei, cada vez está melhorando . Ótimo apartamento, amplo estacionamento, café da manhã com muita variedade e saboroso , piscina limpa e bem tratada , funcionários simpáticos e sempre solícitos !

Fiquei hospedado no Hotel Barreira Roxa com minha esposa. Fizemos o check-in às 14h, conforme o horário informado pelo hotel, e eu também já sabia que o check-out oficial era às 12h.

No entanto, fiquei bastante decepcionado com a falta de flexibilidade no momento da saída. Mesmo tendo permanecido mais de dois dias no hotel, não houve nenhuma tolerância ou possibilidade de estender o check-out por apenas uma hora. Em praticamente todos os hotéis em que já me hospedei, no Brasil e no exterior, é comum haver uma margem razoável quando o hóspede solicita um pequeno tempo adicional, especialmente em estadias de mais de uma diária.

A situação ficou ainda mais desconfortável porque havia outro casal aguardando para entrar no quarto, e a impressão que ficou foi de pressa para que deixássemos o apartamento imediatamente. O que me incomodou foi a diferença de tratamento: quando eu cheguei mais cedo ao hotel, não houve o mesmo esforço para antecipar minha entrada ou contatar o hóspede anterior para liberar o quarto antes.

Entendo que existam regras e horários estabelecidos, mas acredito que hospitalidade também envolve bom senso, cordialidade e equilíbrio no atendimento. Infelizmente, nesse ponto, minha experiência foi negativa e gostaria de deixar esse registro.
