El terrat té unes vistes excel.lents i el van anar millorant durant la nostra estada, noves llums i acabats. És a poca distància a peu de l'entrada de les piràmides de Giza i molt aprop del GEM (cotxe). El personal va ser molt servicial, tothom es va esforçar al màxim per complaure'ns.
Les instal.lacions necesiten anar millorant. El nou ascensor millora la comoditat però falta anar millorant els acabats en general. Has de demanar que et fagin la habitació, no la fan cada dia.
Uçağımız gece geç saatteydi, otelin sahibi Ahmed beye rica ettik ve bavullarımızın akşam 22 ye kadar otelde kalmasına izin verdi. Eşim ve çocuklarımın alt giriş kattaki oda da dinlemelerini ve wcleri kullanmalarına herhangi bir ücret talep etmeden müsade etti.Otel deki garsonlar çok kibar ve çok iyiler,herhangi bir bahşiş falan derdinde değiller.Otelin konumu mükemmel ve otel güvenilir.odaları temiz kahvaltı yeterli.
La clim fonctionnait bien et la décoration de la chambre était moderne.
Nous étions 4 personnes, nous avons eu 3 bouteilles d’eau et très peu de gel douche, ainsi qu’un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 pour 2 nuits.
La chambre n’a pas été nettoyé ou le personnel n’a pas proposé de nettoyage.
Le restaurant était de mauvaise qualité, frites servies froides, une commande a été oublié.
手違いで予約が出発直前になってしまったことと、立地がスフィンクスゲートの近くということで選びましたが、少し後悔しています。
良くも悪くも値段相応でしょうが、冷蔵庫は壊れて作動しておらず、テレビも映りませんでした。何より部屋に窓がなく、牢獄のようでした。
スタッフの対応はとても良かったのですが、もう10ドル払って、もっとよい部屋を選ぶべきでした。

Lo más lindo del hotel es la terraza y la atención del personal del restaurante. La ubicación es perfecta para ver el amanecer y el atardecer directo a las pirámides.
La cama fue algo incómoda. Después no tengo nada que criticar ya que el personal hace que tu estadía sea muy agradable.
El personal es muy atento y amable, siempre están atentos a tus necesidades y a ayudarte en todo lo posible, la ubicación es perfecta, está justamente al frente de las pirámides lo que hace que tenga una vista espectacular y la llegada al complejo mas sencilla aún, la terraza es super linda. El desayuno que ofrecen es egipcio, es para tomar en cuenta.
The view from the roof is spectacular. I could sit up there face-to-face with the sphinx for ages. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee fine, served on travertine tables in comfortable chairs. I also enjoyed people-watching from my balcony. Camels and colorful horse carts came and went while a sculptor carved a statue in limestone. The room was clean and comfortable with fine Egyptian cotton linens. The shower was hot with good water pressure. But the best part was the people. This loving family cared for us so well we didn’t worry about a single thing all week. We will definitely go back. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Giza.

L'emplacement parfait juste devant les pyramides avec une vue directe depuis le rooftop
Le lit trop petit et bcp de bruit la nuit ou tôt le matin par les employés pour préparer le petit déjeuner.
La chambre n'est pas faite tous les jours ok mais au moins un ravitaillement en eau et papier toilettes serait apprécié.
Enfin, si vous avez besoin d'organiser des visites ou excursions surtout EVITEZ de passer par l'hôtel ! Il y a une fille une véritable ARNAQUEUSE qui vous appâte avec un bon prix par whatsapp avant votre arrivée pour tout caler mais efface tout ensuite ! 180€ pour un taxi avec un guide pour visiter les pyramides et le Sphinx SANS AUCUNE entrée quil a fallu payer arrivé sur place c'est abusé ! Alors qu'on a dit après que ce type de visite pour 4 personnes tournaient autour de 50€ hors billets. Et en plus elle met la pression en disant que tout est réservé qu'on ne peut plus annuler ! Une véritable malhonnête. Dommage mis en tous cas je ferai en sorte que tout le monde sache !
