Despite having paid for the hotel room, we were asked to pay an additional amount of 463.55 HKD at the reception and were told it would be refunded. Why is this happening? And when will my money be refunded?

Pros:

Very nice and helpful lady working in the laundry room.

Cons:

The breakfast was ridiculous both in offering and, specially, in the location. It’s basically an opening in the corridor with a couple of tables.
Also, no one in the building knew about the existence and location of your hotel

Komfortables Hotel im Stadtteil Futian in Shenzhen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und die Betten sehr bequem.Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel, daher hat alles gepasst.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet in einem fensterlosen Raum fand ich etwas seltsam. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem riesigen Gebäudekomplex und ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Um das Hotel herum gibt es nicht so viel, aber die Metro kann man zu Fuß erreichen.

Quartier sympa.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner horrible et très très limité. L'espace est trop petit et sale. L'hôtel n'est que sur un étage, bien loin des photos publiées sur le site. Toute petite réception. Chambre avec une odeur bizarre, entre le renfermer et la cigarette. Franchement, je suis très déçu.

I booked this hotel as I know they can keep my luggages during my trip to Kwan Ming. I felt disappointed because they refuse to do it finally. I have already stayed here for 9 nights.

Pros:

The only thing I liked was the fact that they returned my fee as soon as I complained.

Cons:

The rooms did not have the views they promised in the reservation..the window were high, not cleaned and views to a back patio of other neighbors. The elevator broke and when I complained about the quality of the room they gave me a stinky room that I rejected all together. The place is not as advertised.

Выбрал отель из-за цены и террасы

Cons:

По факту терраса - это что-то с чем-то. Ничего не видно, видов нет, стоит забор за которым кто-то иногда моется в душе. Завтрак совсем треш. Кроме горячего молока вообще ничего не было попить.
