Pros:

Location was perfect, the roof top terrace in the afternoon and evening is just what you need with amazing coffe and drinks with the view. The only thing missing was coffe on the terrace in the mornig (barista comes later).
All in all, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was helpfull, and the whole city is within few minutes walking.

Pros:

Very nice location, friendly staff. Good cleaning room service.

The sewage smell in the bathroom and the water drain was broken and very slow.

Понравилось расположение, отель находится на территории исторической части города в шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей. Понравился завтрак, оформление отеля, наличие террасы на крыше, в номере есть кондиционер.

Cons:

Номер был подуставший, на мебели есть сколы, запах канализации в ванной. Необходимо улучшить качество уборки номера: под кроватями был мусор, унитаз плохо помыть, шторка в душе грязная. Гигиенические принадлежности (шампунь, гель для душа) хотелось бы иметь лучшего качества.

Homely, clean and well organised in the best location in town
Pros:

Fab location, traditional style layout, very nice roof terrace for drinks.
The best breakfast in Uzbekistan so far. Really helpful staff, especially Sardor.

Really amazing stay!

Our stay in a hotel in Bukhara felt like stepping into a place where hospitality is truly an art. From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth that it instantly felt like coming home rather than checking into a hotel. The host greeted us with a kindness that went far beyond professionalism there was a sincerity in every gesture, making us feel not just like guests, but like family.

What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful attention to detail. When the host learned that we had just gotten married, we were surprised with a small cake, such a simple yet incredibly touching gesture that made us feel truly celebrated. It wasn’t just about the cake itself, but the care and consideration behind it that made it unforgettable.

Throughout our stay, the host was always there whenever we needed anything, ready to help with a smile, whether it was advice, arrangements, or simply making sure we were comfortable. Every corner of the hotel reflected that same level of careeverything was thoughtfully prepared, creating an atmosphere that was both peaceful and personal.

One out of 3 receptionists can speak English and was very helpful

As per above, it's very important to speak at a very basic level of English these days
Breakfast on the lower ground floor is such a shame, with the great balcony available and the breakfast options were very limited. A couple right after us couldn't find anything to eat, and I didn't notice any refilling while there
The terrace bar is pretty much unusable

Das Hotel ist außerdem toll gelegen. Von der Dachterrasse kann man bei einem kühlen Getränk die wunderschöne Aussicht auf Moschee, Medresse und Minarett genießen. Wunderschön!
