The hotel is nice and the staff is lovely - just not the location for us.
Pros:

The views are nice if you stay on a higher floor, but there are only stairs so pack light or you’re hauling everything up many flights. The air conditioning in our room worked as advertised, just took a while to cool the room down after we checked in a turned it on. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They coordinated a car and driver to pick us up at the airport.

Cons:

The area was pretty noisy even late at night. The walls are thin so even our hotel neighbors sounded loud. It’s far from the airport so if you’re just flying in for a night and leaving for the Amazon I wouldn’t recommend this location in general.

Pros:

The staff are fabulous and very polite. The hotel owners are full of magic and very helpful and very friendly. I also got upgraded to a suite room without any extra cost. Breakfast very good

На набережной. Рядом прогулочная зона и рестораны. В номере чисто.

Cons:

Напора воды в душе совсем нет. Стоит проточный маленький нагреватель. Смыв в унитазе почти не работал. Посреди ночи разбудили под предлогом что у меня в номере течет труба. Не рекомендую.

Pros:

Pros:

Tube un problema al registrarme, pero la Srta. Administradora fue muy amable y me solucionó el problema al instante.

Cons:

Las camas, uno al moverse hacian mucho ruido y falta un vastago para poder correr las cortinas ya que son bastante grandes.

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff are super lovely
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had to leave the hotel early so they made sure breakfast was ready. The beds are also comfy and lovely people. Helped us also with laundry
