Great home away from home in the centre of Bruges!
Pros:

Great location, SUPER comfortable bed and cozy room on the 2nd floor. Really nice aesthetics and attention to detail throughout the property, great bar and all staff were brilliant

Cons:

Difficult to say as, in our view it was a great choice and exceeded our expectations!

Pros:

Location was great, it was quiet and close to everything. The room was really nice and the bed and pillow were great

Cons:

The AC in our room blew right on our faces when lying in bed, but it’s probably just in that room and it’s easily fixed.

Good room.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and it felt private. Very well located.

Cons:

In our regular double, I hit my head on the tv on the wall at the bottom of the bed because it was hung at head height and very little room to get around it. Also, although reception person was kind— it isn’t a four star service. The reception at times runs the bar as well. Bar looked very nice.

A perfect stay in a fairytale city… Beautiful!

Cons:

It’s such a lovely place and the owner, Stephanie is very friendly and the hotel has a beautiful design. Delicious breakfast and great room. Looking forward to staying there again. Everything was outstanding. 10/10

Clean, comfy, close to stuff
Pros:

Perfectly positioned to be quiet, I bought earplugs as I live in the countryside so was expecting it to be noisy never needed them. But also perfectly positioned to be close enough to everything that you can pop back for a break.

Staff were very helpful, rather than just giving a map and the key, they went over the map and told me the ins and outs of how to avoid the tourist traps and get the authentic experience.

Breakfast was really nice, though I didn't fully devour it as I wanted to leave room for the food outside of the hotel.

Cons:

There is a bar of sorts, but it didn't seem like I could buy a simple drink like a can of something to take up to my room.

I'm assuming it's a cultural thing outside the UK, but no unrefined sugar for coffee, only white.

Zeker een aanrader wanneer je in brugge bent!
Pros:

Hotelkamer was super netjes, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Door de tips hebben wij goed kunnen eten en drinken in brugge.
Cocktails van de bar bij het hotel waren ook heerlijk
