The location was perfect and our room was built to a
ver high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cocktail bar and breakfast were outstanding.

Cons:

We thought that our Deluxe Double room was quite small with hardly any space for luggage.

Stephanie was absolutely tremendous when we arrived. Sooo hospitable and friendly. Accommodated us with an early check-in and booked a very early taxi for a 6am train the next morning. Easy walking to get to all the sites and restaurants. Beautiful decor. Smells heavenly. Rooms are exquisite. Glen the bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. Delicious drinks. All in all a gorgeous boutique hotel we would recommend to everyone staying in Bruges.
