Beryl Central Hanoi Hotel

Many thanks to the wonderful team for making my stay so pleasant. Their friendly attitude and thoughtful service made a great impression from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Hanoi and would be happy to return on my next trip.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Catherine, who enthusiastically introduced me to the local streets, recommended delicious Vietnamese dishes, and provided thoughtful travel tips. Her genuine care and dedication made my visit even more memorable.

My family traveled with a young child and stayed at the hotel for 2 days. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The room was beautiful, new, and well-equipped with good facilities. The location was convenient and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were attentive, dedicated, and provided excellent service. The hotel was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and all services were included.

I’ve visited several times, and the staff have always been warm, helpful, and attentive. It’s nice knowing I can expect the same friendly service every time I return. The location is perfect for staying in the city center, so I’ll definitely choose this place again on my next trip.

I didn’t expect to find such a spacious, beautiful, and well-equipped hotel in the Old Quarter at such an affordable price. Although I only stayed for 3 days, the staff were polite and attentive, and the room was cleaned thoroughly without me even having to ask.

I almost want to leave a terrible review just so I can keep this little haven to myself! But that wouldn’t be fair, because this place genuinely deserves the praise. It was such a lovely find, with a peaceful atmosphere and a welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.

The location was one of the biggest advantages, as it was easy to reach many famous spots around the city. Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street, and other attractions were nearby, which saved a lot of time getting around. I really enjoyed being able to step outside and start exploring Hanoi right away.
