I didn’t stay… and would return or refer.
Pros:

Only the location. I booked as it’s a trusted brand but left directly after checking in. It by no means meets the expectations of a Best Western property.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Very small bed against a wall. Top floor, directly in front of elevator. Small window facing the sun letting in all the heat with no relief. Outdated, dingy, musty. The door didn’t even feel safe. I left due to oppressive heat, and feeling unsafe and unhygienic. I’ve never seen the like!! I moved to another BW property nearby. Shameful!!

Pros:

Location was good as I had an event in Westminster

Cons:

It was 35 degrees heatwave and the hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms, there was a desk fan but It made me feel nauseous

Staff were polite and friendly

Cons:

Room was small, no headboard for single bed. Furniture was very old and shabby. Decor very tired and did not warrant £650 for 2 night without breakfast. Bathroom again very tired and very small. Room did not look like the online photos. Would treat anything on Booking,com with caution

Visite familiale détente avec beaucoup de marche découverte.
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme à 5' du metro (20' de la gare de St Pancras, direct), 2' de l'arrêt du bus 24, et à quelques minutes de nombreux restaurants. L'accueil est à l'anglaise, courtois et respectueux.

Cons:

La literie - matelas à ressorts avec armatures métalliques peu agréables, pas d'air conditionné et, gros point négatif, notre chambre (106) n'avait aucune isolation phonique - nous entendions tous les déplacements du voisin du dessus, le parquet grince (et pas qu'un peu...) et, le soir ou la nuit, c'est plus que gênant. Egalement, à notre arrivée, le réceptionniste nous informe que le petit déjeuner est gratuit pour notre petite fille et nous avons quand même payé pour trois notre dernier jour, sans explication autre que "I could have charged for more" de la réceptionniste qui s'est occupée de notre check-out.

Very basic hotel

This is a very basic hotel. I had a very small single room with very small toilet. However, it was clean and the bed was fresh. Staff was very nice.

Amazing place great staff and quality neighbourhood
