I had booked a Triple Delux room for 3 nights, but they are given me a king-size room. Which disappoints me badly. After 2 nights, they was give me a triple delux room for one night. It means they are not committed to clients. Their priority is else.

Wouldn’t stay here again

The bed was really comfortable and the rooms were super spacious!

Cons:

We booked here for 5 nights as the reviews looked really good, our time here wasn’t! The staff when we arrived were not helpful at all, it took them ages to check us in bear in mind we arrived at 5pm. The reason I picked this hotel was that it was advertised there was a TV included, when we got into our room the TV had been taken off the wall but other rooms on the same floor had TVs? It also is advertised that the rooms are daily cleaned which is false, we had to ask on day 3 for more toilet roll and the room to be cleaned and the guy behind reception wasn’t happy when we asked. There was also blood stains all over our bed sheets and on the curtains which we took photos of as they were very strict on fines for stains etc.
