Cons:

I didn’t get to stay at this hotel because of an issue on their side. After making a booking, I was informed that the room was unavailable due to a leaking/maintenance issue, so I had to find another place to stay.

It was really inconvenient and disappointing, especially since I had already made a booking. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the hotel should have handled the situation better instead of leaving guests to sort out their own accommodation.

Just to be clear, I didn’t actually stay at the hotel. This review is based on my booking experience.

Pros:

The location was top notch, the rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is very kind, warm and helpful. Very good value for money.

Cons:

If you get a room facing the street is get’s very noisy at night cause the hotel is near the main crossroads of Bukit Bintang and it’s very lively all night

Cons:

The location was not suitable for us. The room was not clean, with spider webs and a spider inside. There was also a lot of noise, which made it very uncomfortable to stay. I left after only one night because of these problems. I also requested a refund for the unused nights, but I still have not received my money back.
