Pros:

A localização, a atenção dos funcionários e da anfitriã. Tive um problema de infiltração no quarto, por conta de obra da fachada, que foi prontamente resolvido pela anfitriã nos mudando de quarto.

Cons:

O inconveniente da infiltração, foram dias muito chuvosos, mas problema resolvido.
