Cons:

Never again! Staff shows no respect! We booked an activity through the hostess for which we paid 1.9 million VND. According to her, the weather was beautiful; she said it would be a wonderful experience. When we arrived, we noticed that this was complete nonsense. There was nothing to see (due to the fog) and it was very dangerous because of the heavy rain. This was confirmed by both the activity staff and the driver, who stated that this was very normal and that what the hostess said was absolutely untrue. On the advice of others, we decided not to continue with the activity (too dangerous). When we returned to the hotel and told our story, we were simply laughed at by the staff. No empathy or understanding was shown. In the end, we barely got 200,000 VND back. However, it wasn't about the money for us, but the staff's reaction. Because of this, we decided to leave the hotel immediately and end our stay.

Nespoléhejte na obrázky nahrané ubytováním. Velmi se to liší. Snídaně na obrázku vůbec neodpovídá skutečnosti.

Cons:

Otřesné snídaně. Na výběr nebylo žádné ovoce. Když jsme si o něj řekly, dostaly jsme jedno staré mango, které se už nedalo jíst. Druhý den jsme dostaly plátek melounu. Žádný džus. Káva nebyla dobrá. Slabý páchnoucí čaj.

Pros:

We were very pleased with the hotel. It was centrally located, the service was excellent, the staff was responsive and welcoming, and no request went unanswered. Our bookings for tickets, excursions, and trips were organized on time, even at a discount. The hotel was clean, towels were always changed, breakfasts were delicious and freshly prepared, and the internet was fast. We even received a complimentary ride to the bus station. Thank you, Moon, and your team. Very recommend

Good hotel in Sapa
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location in Sapa, very walkable to nearby shops, restaurants, cafes. The room was nice, good working a/c, wifi. The breakfast was very good, had variety of asian and some western food options. The staff was also helpful. We would stay there again.
