C’etait l’hotel le plus sale, le plus degeu que j’ai vue de toute ma vie, ca puait l’humidité, les draps etait sale, en sortant nous avons vue un cafard horrible ! Booking ne devrai même pas proposer cet hotel !!!!

Very bad horrible experience

Cons:

Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was very dirty and too small, and the toilet was tiny and smelled badly.

The beds were just two single beds pushed together, and they kept moving apart while sleeping. The extra single bed they gave us was broken, and my son nearly fell and hurt his head.

The staff were rude and not helpful. Breakfast was very poor — mainly cucumber, tomato and boiled eggs. The bread was soggy and smelled bad. Even fried eggs were an extra charge.

My children and I also had skin problems during the stay, which made us very concerned about the hygiene.

The hotel did not look like the pictures. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – ich musste das Hotel noch am selben Tag wechseln. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Alles war schlecht: die Klimaanlage, die extreme Feuchtigkeit in den Zimmern, das Personal, die Sauberkeit und der unangenehme Geruch. Ich musste das Hotel noch am selben Tag wechseln und die Kosten für ein anderes Hotel erneut aus eigener Tasche bezahlen, weil ich die katastrophalen Zustände in dieser Unterkunft nicht länger ertragen konnte. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen – nicht einmal meinem schlimmsten Feind würde ich dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Poor facilities.
Pros:

I liked the breakfast, and the beds were not bad. The pool was nice and clean.

Cons:

AC in the room didn’t work. Breakfast would take long to make at times. The bathroom sink water didn’t run properly even though we told staff about it 2 times they said there was a technical issue but never resolved it. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Some of the Staff didn’t know English so we couldn’t communicate properly and used google translate.

A szállás tökéletes, a hozzá tartozó étterem botrány.

Az étterem, ami a szálláshoz tartozott, borzasztó.
A reggeli , belép az ember, nem mondják el mi jár a reggelihez, vagy mit kérünk, köszönni nem tudnak, észre sem veszik az embert, hogy belép.
Fél - 1 óra várakozás, megsem kérdezik, hogy iszunk e valamit, felkelek odamegyek a pulthoz, hogy lehet inni egy kávét, odaadják borzasztó minőségben, egy kis kanalat nem tudtak adni hozzá. Inkább átmentem a másik büfébe reggelizni. Az ebéd vacsora ugyanez, 1 orás várakozások, persze ha észrevesznek, hogy bennt vagy az étteremben amiben ül 4-5 ember.

Okish hotel if you want to drive around
Pros:

The staff is friendly and ready to help, the pool itself is nice and swimmable, breakfast is good enough.
The hotel is good for a few nights if you have a car.

Cons:

Smokers everywhere, there should be strict rules and dedicated places for smoking. Currently smokers are smoking even inside the pool, throwing ash and cigarette butts around - you can't breathe normal air anywhere.
Staff can only use Turkish, it is not possible to communicate in English.
In the comments there was a statement about shuttle to the beach - there is none actually.
There should be a clear listing of all the rules, including what is included in the breakfast, what is a schedule for cleaning, when and who can use the pool (I was asked to get out once after 8pm, but then some students, which are not even from the hotel were allowed to jump and scream around 10pm).
Entrance to the pool area should be restricted, a few times some random people were entering the area.
Rooms are in ok-to-poor condition.

Pros:

Nice staff was the only good thing, pictures don’t match the listing. It was very much a motel, no elevator no ac in the hallways or the lobby. Rooms were dirty and aged. There was also an entrance/exit by the pool which was completely open to the public, with no gate to gaurd it. We didn’t feel safe and ended up leaving and not staying the night.
