일회용 칫솔과 맞바꾼 호텔 이미지
Pros:

위치도 좋고 청결하고 방 작지 않고 다 좋았습니다

Cons:

에코정책 반기는 사람입니다. 실제 2연박,더블룸일 경우 수건도 추가 안해줘도 괜찮고 이번에도 추가 사용 안 했습니다.
그러나 한가지 이해가 안가는 부분이 체크인 시 어메니티를 필요한 것만 요청하면 카운터에서 제공해준다고 설명하시던데 다른 건 괜찮지만 2박예약인데 칫솔을 하나만 제공해 주는 게 이해가 안 갑니다.
더 필요하면 카운터에 와서 다시 얘기하라는데, 점심 먹고 3시 체크인 해서 받은 칫솔로 바로 양치하고 그날 저녁, 다음날 아침까지 일회용으로 세 번 사용했습니다.. 칫솔은 괜찮으나 치약을 아껴쓰면서 이해가 안 되더군요.
둘째날 관광쇼핑 후 자정넘어 피곤한데도 일부러 카운터에 직원 불러서 칫솔 또 달라고 요청하면서 납득이 안 되었습니다. 5박 예약하면 5번 부탁해야 하는건가요?
캡슐호텔도 이렇게까지는 안 합니다.
양치할 때마다 불쾌하고 인색한 호텔로 기억에 남았습니다.
칫솔이 환경에 안 좋은 게 사실이지만 손님의 위생을 위해서 치약이라도 추가로 더 주는 정책을 고민해보시기 바랍니다.
참고로 저는 쇼핑 짐이 많은 귀국 시에만 짐을 수하물로 보내고, 입국 시에는 위탁수하물 찾는 시간을 아끼고 ,기내수하물 액체규정 때문에 치약은 휴대하지 않고 호텔 것을 이용합니다. 저같은 손님 적지 않을겁니다.
고객의 상황을 더 고려해서 서비스해주시기 바랍니다.
체크인 시 대응해주셨던 분은 나이 있는 남지 직원분이었습니다. 체크아웃 시 다른 분과 달리 인사도 안 하시던데, 어메니티 막 가져가는 손님 취급 당하는 기분였습니다.

Not worth the price but staff was very friendly.
Pros:

The location was very convenient and we used the parking garage across the street at the discounted price provided by the hotel which was also convenient. The staff was very friendly. They held our bags for a couple of hours until we were able to check in.

Cons:

Our room smelled like it had at one point been a smoking room. We both ended up feeling sick from the smell. It also did not feel very clean. I did not like that the sink was in the sleeping area and then the toilet and shower were both in separate areas.

Pros:

2번째 방문입니다. 삿포로 머무는 동안 계속 비가 왔는데, 후문을 통해서 비 안맞고 다누키코지 상점가로 바로 나갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 메가동키도 가깝고, 드럭스토어들도 주변에 엄청 많아요. 쇼핑한 후에 짐을 바로 넣고 다른 곳으로 이동할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 방도 캐리어 2개 열어놔도 괜찮을 정도로 넓습니다. 이전에 방문했을 때와 달리 한국인 직원분이 계셔서 응대가 좋았습니다!

Pros:

お風呂と洗面台おトイレが別で独立していて、とても過ごしやすいので、ビスタさんはよく使います。
清潔感もとても良いです。

Cons:

ビスタさんのせいではありませんが、洗濯機の乾燥が悪く、時間延長しましたが、乾かずお部屋に干しました。
それにはハンガーも少なく、ちょっと苦戦しました。（笑）

Pros:

삿포로 오도리 사거리가 바로 근처인 부분.
후문을 통하여 상점가로 바로 직행 가능한 부분.
주차료 하루기준 1200엔만 내면 바로 옆 유료주차장을 하루종일 이용할 수 있는 부분.
풍성한 조식뷔페.

Cons:

공사 소음은 없었으나, 건물 출입구가 공사중이었음(2026년 7월 11일 기준). 때문에 찾는데 조금 어려웠음.

立地は最高だったのに、朝食会場の臭いだけが惜しかった滞在
Pros:

札幌大通りエリアのホテルで、ホテル名は「ホテルビスタ札幌大通り」となっていますが、実際の立地はすすきのにかなり近い印象でした。
目の前にノルベサがあり、一蘭など、ちょっとした時間つぶしや食事に困らない環境がすぐそばにあったのが良かったです。すすきのの飲み屋街へも徒歩ですぐ行けるので、立地の良さは文句なしでした。

Cons:

朝食付きプランで予約しましたが、朝食会場全体に生乾き？雑巾のような臭いがかなり気になりました。
おそらく夜は居酒屋として営業しているスペースを朝食会場として使っているようで、その影響もあるのかもしれませんが、臭いや清潔感にもう少し配慮してもらえたらと感じました。
