Pros:

The location right next to the train station was very convenient as we had a train early in the morning continuing toward Zurich.

Cons:

However, the furniture and the bathroom were rather old.

Het was erg netjes en vriendelijk personeel. Goede familie kamer waar je als gezin kon verblijven.

Het is niet echt on het centrum toch wel 10min lopen.

Hôtel pour une nuit à la hauteur de nos attentes, emplacement idéal et personnel très sympathique.
Pros:

- Chambre spacieuse
- Emplacement idéal pour voyage par train.
- Recommandation de la réception de restaurant parfaite
- Envoie du lien pour le Ticino Ticket

Cons:

- Protection d'éclaboussement de douche manque (rideau - cabine)
- Petit réfrigérateur trop bruyant
- Manque de climatisation général dans l'hôtel. Pour la chambre c'est OK.

La mancata indicazione nel sito che la camera prenotata era senza a.c.. La camera proposta in sostituzione non completa e con diversi problemi di rifinitura, tra cui l'impossibilità di spegnere la luce.
