Not comfortable and need cleaning
Pros:

Actually friendly staff

Cons:

The room is not good at ll very small with bad design the cleaning level is bad bed sheets and covers was not clean with stains and also the blanket was dark with bo cover so all guests use it without any cover so I didn’t use also the shower was dirty and need maintenance and also mini bar need maintenance very annoying sound actually I wasn’t comfortable at all and check out early morning

Pros:

Pour moi le seul point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement. Il est plutôt central, proche de la mer. Le quartier est mignon. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas celui des photos. La chambre était sale, serviette tachée, poussière, draps troués, matelas pas très confortable. Les fenêtres étaient couvertes, donc pas de vues, et pas beaucoup de lumière. La porte qui donnait sur le couloir commun était vitrée, avec un rideau pas suffisamment opaque pour cacher la lumière la nuit. En revanche le personnel est très gentil et réactif mais ça ne compense pas assez.

Okay for short stay
Pros:

The room is spacious and the hotel has a fairly good location.

Cons:

The beds are terrible. It's an extremely thin mattress directly on a wooden plank.

The staff is not friendly at all and makes it seem like everything they do (like checking you in) is a major inconvenience to them.

WiFi basically doesn't work.

The hotel is reflecting a clean environment atmosphere and the most important Hotel team
are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The very limited WIFI service where it is a must that your room should be so close to the lobby or you have to go and stay within the lobby area, which is very tiny / small .

Хороший отель в удобном месте. Чисто, уютно, персонал приветливый
Pros:

Отель находится в отличном месте: до основных достопримечательностей и набережной можно дойти пешком за 10–15 минут. Рядом есть улица с самыми разными магазинами и супермаркетами, несколько хороших кафе, такие как Ob-La-Di, что очень удобно для самостоятельных прогулок. При этом сам отель расположен в тихом переулке, поэтому шум города в номере совсем не слышен. Нам достался светлый и просторный номер с современным ремонтом. Всё работало исправно: кондиционер, горячая вода, сейф и мини-холодильник. Особенно порадовала чистота — уборка проводилась ежедневно и качественно, постельное белье и полотенца меняли вовремя. Кровать очень удобная, спалось отлично. Отдельная благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Но больше всего хочется отметить сотрудника Мина. Это невероятно дружелюбный, приятный и внимательный человек! Мина всегда встречала нас с улыбкой, был готов помочь с любым вопросом: подсказала, куда сходить, как лучше спланировать маршрут, помог с заказом такси. Благодаря ему мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями, а желанными друзьями. Также у входа работал очень дружелюбный охранник — всегда приветливо здоровался, открывал двери и создавал ощущение полной безопасности. Очень доброжелательная атмосфера — это то, за что мы особенно ценим этот отель.
Обязательно вернемся сюда еще раз и будем рекомендовать всем знакомым!

Cons:

Единственное, чего не хватало — это тапочек.

Good value for money - nice clean room, central location and great view, but building of the room was disappointing
Pros:

Nice central location in relatively calm area. The room was nice and clean and the view of the city was great.

Cons:

Our room was in a different building which did not look like the pictures, and the entrance to the room felt a bit sketchy. The staff did not speak English and were not super friendly.
