Pros:

The location is nearby main road and town. Near restaurant and place to eat

Cons:

Aircond no remote. Tv with no signal. Dirty bathroom. Got worm coming in. Got mosquito. Hard to cross the road due to heavy traffic.

Cons:

Worst bed in hotel history. Very busy road and big traffic noise. No tp. No soap. No water. I can't even list all the bad traits. Just don't go here.
