La habitación linda. Hubo una confusión de habitación pero lo solucionaron enseguida cambiandonos a la que correspondía.

La ubicación. Está a cuatro cuadras del muelle y unas cinco de la playa.

Cons:

No estaba limpia la alberca los últimos días. Parece que se les descompuso la bomba, pero asi duró tres días y no sé si iba a continuar, ya no me quedé más tiempo. Y creo que le falta un servibar o un refrigerador pequeño. Hace tanto calor en la isla, que deseas agua fresca a cualquier hora, y sencillamente no la puedes tener así en la habitación.

La ubicacion, se encuentra cerca del muelle donde te deja el ferry y cerca de lugares de comida y la playa. El personal es nuy amable y atento

La primer noche tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fria ya que no funcionaba el agua caliente, y nos dijeron que teniamos que esperar al dia siguiente que vaya el personal de mantenimiento. Sin otra solucion

Super nettes Personal und die Lage direkt gegenüber von Supermarkt und fußläufig zum Strand und jeglichen Restaurants. Das Hotel ist angegliedert an eine Bar und ein Café.

Cons:

-Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche
-Das Wasser ist ein paar mal komplett für eine kurze Zeit ausgefallen
- rund um das Hotel lebt eine Waschbärenfamilie, was super süß ist. Allerdings wird dadurch der ein oder andere Balkon zum Klo und die Haufen wurden erst auf Nachfrage entfernt, der Balkon an sich aber nicht gereinigt- sodass man aufpassen musste wo man hintritt
- Pool relativ trüb und wurde auch von keinem der Gäste genutzt

The location is perfect, sorrounded by restaurants, bar and shops, still so close to the beach and yoga studios. The personal was very nice, Francesco gave me all the info I needed at the reception, kind and enjoying his job. Friendly and kind was also the personal in the restaurant.
Definately a good choice for an accomodation in the amazing Holbox, waiting already to be back😊!
