Fun 2 days in Korea!
Pros:

Location was great. Lots of space to spread out

Cons:

Sheets were scratchy. Need more pillows. No plugs and all the adapters didn’t work.

Pros:

Staff were incredibly helpful... one receptionist took us to 7/11 store to get our Tmoney card and explained everything... wrote down bus numbers and walked us to our bus stop... and waved us away .. amazing service 👏

Great location, close to everything
Pros:

Great location. Changed towels and provided water daily.

Cons:

Entrance to the hotel is at the end of a short alley and we found drunkards peeing at the entrance late at night

Excellent place to stay to accommodate families. Close proximity to shopping and food. Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Walking distances to shops and eating places. Easy to catch Uber taxi on the side street. Staff spoke English and very accommodating. Able to sleep family of 8 comfortably. Felt like home away from home.

Nothing. Everything was excellent

Hotel is located in a great Location with a modern up to date room.
Pros:

The design of the room was very modern, up to date and clean. There was a minor issue with the bathroom shower that was reported and fixed the next day. The staff was very attentive and responsive. I was surprised to learn that there was free laundry service that was provided, which is a great amenity that wasn't known before to me. The location itself is great. Just a block from the City Hall Train station. Just behind the hotel were several clean and nice restaurants to dine at. I booked a room with 3 double beds, which isn't easy to find in the middle of Myeongdong.

Cons:

Other than the minor issue with the bathroom shower, not many negatives to report.
