Жахливо, не раджу
Pros:

Сподобалось, що є багато пальм прям на пляжі, багато зелені. І на цьому все

Cons:

Ось тут можна говорити безкінечно… ми вибрали не найдешевший номер, джунглі. По-перше, там дуже темно, поям аж некомфортно. Все прям так «аутентично», що в номері не хочеться навіть босим ходити. Це був номер з терасою. Тераса-це максимум метр від входу з двома стільцями…
Обслуговування- це взагалі «топчик». Кожен, що хоче, те й видумує. Ми попросили на барі лід, сказали «не можна» в номери брати лід. Попросили на ресепшені, принесли з бару (з якого не можна). На наступний день ця схема не спрацювала. НЕ МОЖНА ЛІД!!! Для розуміння, усюди в готелях Канкуна навіть є відерця для льоду, а й інколи на поверхах льодогенератори… а тут НІ! Навіть, за гроші.
Сніданок- щось одне з меню. Дуже скудне. Типу хочеш омлет, є ось такі інгредієнти, але можна обрати лише 2 з них. Попросила води, сказали «закінчилась, є платна тільки».
Басейн: це взалі жах! Калюжа, в якій до тебе помили «бабу і діда» ще тиждень тому і воду не міняли! Раз залізли, хотілось відмитись максимально.
Море: дуже мілко, на глибину не потрапити, бо усюди водорості, купатись взагалі неможливо. З іншої сторони острова, просто ідеальний пляж!
До того ще й вологість, всі валізи пахнуть наче тухла риба, хоча ми там були 2 дні.
Однозначно, не рекомендую цей готель. Це жах. Як варіант, лише коли ви дуже обмежені в грошах, але навіть й тоді. Ми побували в 4 готелях під час відпуски, і цей просто ад. Якби не оплатили заздалегідь, то точно не залишились би і на день.

5-star hostel! Relaxing place, but no coworking zone
Pros:

The property has a very jungle-style vibe which is super cute! I like that it has double shower and separate bathroom which make it easier for shared bedrooms. Also check-out at 12pm makes it super comfort. Super clean facilities and great music around!

Cons:

It’s a bit distant from the main nightlife and center of the island, you have to take a taxi. There aren’t that much options for eating around, so prices at the inside restaurant could be high. There’s no coworking zone, so for digital nomads is no good, cause working from the bedroom is not worth it cause also the WiFi in the restaurant doesn’t reach that good. The staff could also be a bit more welcoming, specially at the bar, there wasn’t any interest in having you attended.

Wonderful location, peaceful, comfortable hotel, amazing sand beach free of Algue, daily morning Yoga, great DJ every afternoon/evening. Amazing!

LAS HABITACIONES SON CONFORTABLES, TIENEN AIRE ACONDICIONADO, AGUA TODO EL DÍA. LA COMIDA ES AGRADABLE, AUNQUE DEMORAN UN POCO EN ATENDER.

Cons:

LA PLAYA QUE SE ENCUENTRA FRENTE AL HOTEL Y ALREDEDORES NO ES BUENA, NO SE PUEDE NADAR. ADEMÁS, DESAPARECIERON 60 DOLARES DE UN SOBRE QUE TENÍA GUARDADO EN UNO DE LOS LOCKERS DE UNA HABITACIÓN QUE A PESAR ERA PRIVADA (SIN COMPARTIR), PUES SEGURAMENTE ALGUN PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA LOS ROBÓ.

Gran espacio , con excelente atención
Pros:

La ubicación, las instalaciones, en lo referente al servicio una felicitación a Julián, la playa privada, la comida es excelente en el desayuno , comida y se lucieron con mi cena de cumpleaños Gracias al Chef

Cons:

Pensé que sería mas tranquilo en Área Jungle , solicité mi habitación ahí pensando que sería más silencioso, pero no fue así, el restaurante de al lado tiene música hasta las tres de la mañana, a diferencia de la música del restarante que la tiene hasta las 22:00 horas y es mas suave el volumen.

The hotel looks stunning and the view from the beach club is amazing!

Cons:

If you’re booking Jungle rooms, know that there’s a restaurant right next to them (not part of the hotel) that plays loud music until around midnight so not ideal for a relaxing stay.
