Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, am Park gelegen und fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen. Bemerkenswert ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Nachteil war das WLAN, welches leider immer mal wieder ausgesetzt hat. Aber insgesamt ist das kaum der Rede wert..

Pros:

Klidná lokalita u parku a blízko starého centra města. Přes ulici je aquapark. Krásná vila, ale zařízení pokojů opravdu retro. Personál milý. Snídaně byla klasická. Výborné domácí obložené chleby. Parkování ve dvoře jsme uvítali.

Cons:

Přestože jsme si zarezervovali pokoj se saunou, nemohli jsme jí využívat, kdykoli bychom chtěli, jako je to v jiných hotelích. Bylo nutné si domluvit saunu s hodinovým předstihem na recepci. Dost nás to zaskočilo a zklamalo, takže jsme saunu vůbec nevyužili. Pokoj byl v suterénu, kde to dost zapáchalo zatuchlinou. Trochu větší pečlivost při úklidu, by se hodila.

Nice stay for opera in Ostrava
Pros:

The hotel is located in an old villa and it is close to the city center. 5mins with tram you can reach the opera house. The personal is super nice and the room is very cosy and the breakfast is very nice. the shower is warm and clean and it feels like home.

Cons:

The decoration is really like a grandma house. It is clean but it feels very very old. So if you search for modern hotel atmosphere you can not find it here.

Polecam hotel, prawdopodobnie jeszcze tam wrócimy.
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko centrum miasta. Budynek i jego wystrój - klasyczna willa. Bardzo przyjazna i miła obsługa. Kameralność. Cisza i spokój.

Podobało nam się: bardzo dobre śniadanie (duży wybór wszystkiego), lokalizacja - blisko do centrum, wystrój willi, wielkość pokoju - była bardzo dobra jak na pokój ze skosami na poddaszu. Skosy były nieodczuwalne. Mogliśmy przechować bagaże po wymeldowaniu się. Odbiór bagaży mieliśmy w godzinach pracy recepcji. Pokoje i części wspólne były bardzo czyste.

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się, że nie było czajnika w pokoju oraz było za mało gniazdek elektrycznych. Żonie to nie robiło różnicy, bo to ja latałem z grzałką do łazienki robić herbatę. Mimo to hotelik polecamy

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, możliwość zostawienia samochodu na wyznaczonym parkingu. Znakomite śniadanie i uprzejmy Pan, który serwował kawę do śniadania.

The hotel has a great location and is generally well maintained. The furniture is modern, and the building is in good condition. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was poor, which negatively affected our stay. The hotel would be much better if more attention were paid to housekeeping.

Ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer erhalten.
Badarmaturen verrostet, Bettwäsche Synthetik, nicht verschlossen, aber auch nicht zugeklappt am Ende, dadurch das fleckige Inlett sichtbar.
baulich - eine sehr schöne Villa, deshalb auch ausgewählt, ruhige Lage.
