Il manager, Johnny! Una persona fantastica, disponibile, sempre pronto a venire in aiuto per ogni difficoltà. Fantastico! Un'accoglienza perfetta, una competenza assoluta. Tornerei soltanto per lui

Cons:

La pulizia: formiche sul letto e insetti nel bagno. Anche gli spazi comuni lasciavano molto a desiderare. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, ingiustificata la cifra per gli standard del posto. La camera era a dir poco essenziale e senz'altro parecchio datata.

Pros:

Samotný hotel je na veľmi dobrom mieste. Je vhodný pre rodiny s detmi lebo je vybavený menším bazénom, kde sa deti vedia vyblázniť. Izby boli čisté a postele pohodlné. A personál, tak ten bol vynikajúci, manažér Xhoni (Jonni) hotela je fantastický, veľmi srdečný a vždy nápomocný. Ak by niekomu chýbala reštaurácia hotela tak mu odporučí alebo objedná donašku. Od hotela asi 100m je Market kde kúpite všetko. Neďaleko hotela sú dobré pláže Blue Diamod (lehátko 25€), See Breeze (lehatko 10€).

Fin dal nostro arrivo l'accoglienza è stata straordinaria: il personale è estremamente gentile, solare e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. La posizione dell'hotel è semplicemente perfetta, comodissima per spostarsi e godersi la vacanza senza stress. Un plauso speciale va alla colazione: un buffet davvero abbondante, vario e ricco di prodotti freschi e di qualità. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Torneremo sicuramente!

Great hotel, chaotic and messy Ksamil
Pros:

The hotel is clean, the towels are washed every day and served into the rooms. The pool and the bar area are amazing - they unite people. We loved spending time in the common area. The breakfast is nice as well. Johny is very friendly (but he needs some rest! He works like 24/7). A special thank to the ladies who prepared breakfast, washed the towels, made the beds. They are hard working. We have only positive comments. Our kids (9, 11 yo) loved it as well.

Cons:

Internet is weak, but it works better during the day when people are away at the beach.
To find the hotel, Google maps brings you to the top, when you need to arrive from the bottom road. Just pay attention.
Car parking in the yard is very helpful, since Ksamil is a nightmare to park a car.
The beach is only 5 min walk. 🙂 Important to say: all the beaches in Ksamil and around are private and cost min. 20€/day!!! The beach in front of this hotel is divided into private and public space. Therefore, it is practical to have access to the water for free. However, the sea is not very clean - lots of plastic, cigarette butts on the beach itself, but it is everywhere we went in Ksamil and Sarandë. It seems like the locals do not have a clear long-term strategy to attracting tourism. They want money today, but it repels tourists. The cars almost driving over tourists who have nowhere to walk but on the streets is another story. It is a messy place overall.

קודם כל אני רוצה להגיד תודה מיוחדת לצוות! כזה יחס נעים ואישי לקבל מהם זה לא מובן מאליו, הם נותנים יחס מושלם לכל אורח במלון.
המלון נמצא במיקום יחסי טוב, ירידה של כ 5 דקות מגבעה לכמה חופי ים נחמדים, העלייה כמובן קשה יותר. זה הרבה מסעדות מסביב במרחק הליכה קצר יחסי, רק הכל עליות וירידות.
יש בריכה נקייה שבה הילדים נהנו מאוד ויש גם ג'קוזי.
החדרים מאוד פשוטים, זה לא מלון מהודר זה יותר אכסניה פשוטה ונקייה.
הארוחת בוקר בסדר רק יש המון צרעות מסביב, הילדים שלי אכלו בחדר כי פחדו.

Cons:

את העליות, את הצרעות ואת המזרון מיטה, הוא היה שקוע לחלוטין והרגישו בו את הקפיצים.

We had a truly fantastic stay at Two Mermaids in Ksamil, Albania! The warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere made our trip so memorable from start to finish.
​Our accommodation was wonderfully comfortable, spotlessly clean, and impeccably cared for throughout our stay, complete with fresh bedding provided regularly. You can tell the team takes genuine pride in looking after their guests and keeping everything in great condition.
​Breakfast each morning was a highlight—plentiful, fresh, and served buffet-style, providing a fantastic spread with plenty of delicious options to start the day off right.
​A very special shout-out goes to Xhoni, who consistently went above and beyond for us. His warmth, dedication, and attention to detail were exceptional! That said, the entire team was incredible—always welcoming, approachable, and eager to assist with a warm smile.
​We also loved the incredibly convenient dining setup. Two Mermaids offers a curated selection of menus from excellent local restaurants that deliver directly to the accommodation, usually very promptly. We simply passed our order to Xhoni, who happily called and arranged everything for us seamlessly—a wonderfully thoughtful and stress-free service.
​The location couldn't be better. Several of Ksamil’s breathtaking local beaches are just a gentle 3-to-5-minute walk away, making it effortless to enjoy the crystal-clear waters without needing transport. On top of that, drinks at the accommodation were very reasonably priced with remarkably generous measures—another fantastic bonus!
​Overall, Two Mermaids offers genuine Albanian hospitality, superb comfort, exceptional value, and an unbeatable location. If you value genuinely caring staff, seamless service, and immediate access to the coast, it is a wonderful choice.
