Cons:

仕方がないが、混雑時の駐車場がワンボックス車は別の近隣駐車場となり、裏口からの入館時はバリアフリーでない

Pros:

The reception is manned 24 hours which is great for late check ins, the hotel is located right next to the iconic Robotayaki spots which is a must visit in Kushiro.

Slightly pricey, but the location and room was comfortable with good views of Kushiro River
Pros:

Very nice room. The tatami style room was comfortable and decently sized with a good room of the river. We could even see a bit of sunset from the room.

Toilet and shower is separate and the public bath was pretty good.

The location was also very good. The popular Ganpeki Robata was just across the road.

Cons:

IMO, it was slightly pricey. The onsite parking was also constantly full. I would assume that the parking was not adequately made for big cars (driving a rental CX-5 at the time). There were recommended parking about 5 minutes walk away though so that was not a big issue.

Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。小鉢になっているのが特に良かった。北海道の地のものも食せて満足でした。

Cons:

エレベーター２機が全然来ない。大浴場行くのも、ロビー行くのも部屋行くのも時間がかかると感じました。
