Pros:

Nice hotel in really great location. Onsite parking was convenient.

Cons:

Staff seemed overwhelmed and not knowledgeable at check in. Did not go smooth at all. In fact at one point we were told we did not have a reservation after we had already done a pre check in a couple hours earlier.

Ok after the two situations of being stuck in the room and another point of not being able to get into a room due to doo
Pros:

We are regular guest when in Chicago and stay here.

Cons:

My wife and I was stuck in our room for over five minutes due to the door being stuck. We switch rooms prior due to not being able to get into the room due to door being stuck.

It got the job done for what we needed.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The breakfast was too expensive for the lack of variety. My partner is also gluten intolerant and there were barely any options. The air conditioner in the room went out during the first night of our stay. The technicians fixed it but we still couldn’t adjust the thermostat.
