Щиро дякую Павлу з рецепції за надзвичайно тепле та турботливе ставлення! Я приїхала до Києва у сильному стресі, а представник готелю дуже допоміг мені заспокоїтися, показав укриття та підтримав під час тривоги.

Окремо дякую за номер біля ліфта та за те, що Павло не забув передати мені маленьку посилку від мами.

Заселялась практично опівночі та ще й з двома котиками. Прийняли щиро. Номер дуже чистий, охайний. Сніданок: дуже різноманітний шведський стіл. Все сподобалось. Рекомендую!
