Beautiful location and hotel , shame about the Karaoke

I liked that the property was right on the water and close to everything

Cons:

Why I gave the property a lower score was because the open roof top bar has VERY LOUD karaoke until the bar closes and if you choose a room that is on the river front you also have the open bar over head . This is fine if karaoke is why you stayed there…. but if you stayed for the location which has beautiful riverfront big rooms large deck with loungers you would be disappointed that this Karaoke overtakes your need to actually get some sleep . So for that reason I wouldn’t stay again . The bar when not doing the Karaoke was fine , you didn’t even hear it at all . The announcer bellowed for hours , no chance of any sleep

Recommended and good location
Pros:

Great location with views of the Amazonas. Amazing sushi! And overall a good place to stay before or after your Amazonas jungle excursion.

Cons:

Minor thing: We were ‘unlucky’ there was a kids birthday party which made it very crowded and noisy at times.

The rooftop bar and restaurant was great.

Encontre una Toalla sucia en mi habitacion

las instalaciones todo bien...

Cons:

alquilamos 3 habitaciones para toda mi familia y en la habitación de mis padres se encontró una toalla sucia,, como si alguien se hubiera limpiado el trasero, hice el reclamo su lo cambiaron, pero nadie vino a disculparse, por mas que solicite hablar con el Supervisor o Gerente pero nadie se comunico conmigo, luego la piscina de la terraza resbalosa,,,,

Die Lage ist super - dennoch, die Geräusche und die Musik sind störend. Auch die Hygiene im Hotel ist etwas problematisch. Teilweise weist das Badezimmer Schimmel auf.
