Room rates on 24, 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

Sehr nettes Personal, tolle und sehr saubere Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal! Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Wir haben sogar ein neues Zimmer bekommen, weil wir leider sehr laute Nachbarn hatten. Außerdem konnten wir am check-out Tag ohne Aufpreis noch bis zu unserer Abreise um 14 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben.

Hotel fantastico, silenzioso e rilassante. Colazione molto varia e ristoranti annessi molto buoni. La posizione sulla spiaggia è unica, come nelle foto. Personale molto genitile che ci ha concesso senza problemi un "late check-out" in attesa dell'aereo di rientro.

Cons:

Ogni tanto il personale dimenticava di applicare lo sconto per i clienti dell'hotel.

Pros:

Het is een top locatie in het mooie Beau Vallon. Dicht bij restaurants. We hebben ook bij beide restaurants van het hotel gegeten. De porties vond ik vrij klein. Echter de pizza bij het zwembad was weer top. We hebben bij aankomst een upgrade gekregen voor een grotere kamer. Die was super. Mr Shinan was er 24/7 voor ons en heeft ons verblijf extra glans gegeven. We hebben een aantal dagen gedoken bij duikschool Equinox. Dat was ook super. Al met al een heel geslaagde vakantie.

Aangenaam hotel voor (kort) verblijf vlakbij het mooie strand van Beau Vallon.
Pros:

Het hotel is gelegen vlakbij het strand van Beau Vallon. Je kan onmiddellijk vanuit het hotel het strand betreden. Er zijn gratis handdoeken en ligbedden beschikbaar. De oceaan is aangenaam van temperatuur en op het water is makkelijk te betreden zonder stenen of koraal.

Cons:

Het hotel is hier en daar aan vernieuwing toe. Ook het personeel in de bars zijn niet echt vriendelijk te noemen. Ze zijn met veel, maar lopen soms elkaar wat in de weg.

Enjoyed our stay, the room was really really nice, the location of the hotel is spot on.
Pros:

Breakfast was out of this world with a huge variate to choose from. The location is good and situated close to one of the most beautiful beaches.

Cons:

We had to book out really early and asked for a breakfast take away and I must say that was not so nice. Only fruits were packed, no sandwich or pastries.
