Please note that upon check-in guests are required to provide the bank card that was used to make the reservation. If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment method. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
During the winter festive season, gala dinners are compulsory on Christmas Eve and New Year Eve, specifically on the 24th and 31st of December. Bookings without gala dinners are not available for/through these dates. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.
Starting from 8 December 2025, online rates no longer include the mandatory Christmas Gala Dinner. The Gala Dinner must be paid separately upon arrival. For Bed & Breakfast meal plan: 170 EUR per adult (12+ years), 85 EUR per child. For Half Board meal plan: EUR 120 per adult (+12 years) and 60 EUR per child. These charges will be collected at the hotel at the time of your check-in.
Bookings made before 8 December 2025 still include the Gala Dinner in the room rate. Reservations for 24 December 2025 cannot be made without the mandatory Christmas Gala Dinner.

Starting 1 August 2023, Seychelles implements New Environmental Sustainability Levy to Enhance Green Initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travelers. The cost will be 100.00 SCR per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles, children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.

Nous étions ravis! Nous ne nous attentions pas à du grand luxe puisqu’il s’agit d’un établissement 4 étoiles, mais il les vaut largement. Le personnel était super, la chambre honeymoon incroyable, les repas étaient bons, la propreté était très bien ! De plus, nous avions toujours de la place sur les transats. Si je retourne aux Seychelles, je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.
Le seul petit point faible est sur le pool bar. Parfois les serveurs nous faisait le rabais puisqu’on séjournais à l’hôtel, et parfois d’autres serveurs ne le faisaient pas.

The staff was so welcoming and always trying to make you feel at home. Shihan and Sanjay were adorable and so helpful all the time. We could not have had a better time.
Another thing we really loved was the quality of the breakfast. There was lot of choice and everything was delicious. Moreover, you can enjoy your breakfast in front of the sea !
La situation géographique en front de mer, la piscine, le bar à proximité de la piscine et de la plage. Le coucher de soleil est merveilleux. Les employés sont des serviables, souriant et la responsable est top.

A beautiful hotel on a superb beach with sandy swimming. Great smiling and attentive staff - Chamara and his front desk staff were exceptional and kindly upgraded my room. Bed and linens and breakfast buffet and even a bedside flashlight
very good. Stayed 7 nights -- there are a few nice restaurants closeby to try too. All in all an excellent and comfortable stay.

Personál bol veľmi priateľský a ochotný. Každá naša požiadavka nám bola splnená. Hotel situovaný na krásnej pláži, veľkou výhodou bola aj bezprostredná blízkosť bazéna ako pre deti tak pre dospelých. Raňajky bohaté, každý jeden z nás si prišiel na svoje. Určite sa ešte niekedy vrátime

We had a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout the holiday. A special thank you goes to Shihan from Guest Relations, Mica and Sakura at the front desk, as well as Prasanta and Danushka from the restaurant team and executive chefs Ridwan and Pauljoe. Their friendliness, attention, and willingness to help truly made the difference and added a personal touch to the whole experience.
The hotel also enjoys an excellent location directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in Mahé, which made the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. The atmosphere created by the team was really the highlight for us, and we sincerely appreciate all the effort and warmth shown during our time there.
