有洗衣机和烘干机，功能分区不错，室内空间有点小，隔音一般
Pros:

前台员工服务好。公共空间是深圳湾风景玻璃房，视野环境不错，还有可以坐下来办公的桌椅设施。最赞的是有几台大的商用洗衣机和烘干机，在深圳这种闷热潮湿的鬼地方不用担心天天都要换洗衣服的事情了，非常方便。餐厅区、洗衣区和客房区分布在不同的楼层，这个功能空间分区设计不错，不用担心睡觉被干扰。床够大够舒服。

Cons:

隔音不太好，三更半夜被一个讲粤语的男的吵醒，听声音没法辨别那只三更半夜在吵的神经病男在哪个房间或者走廊，太困了没出去找人对质。内景房是全封闭的室内房、房中房，住一两晚可以，多住几天可能会难受。室内空间不算大，感觉却塞进了很多家具/固定柜子？没必要但占据空间的繁杂设计太多了，主色调还全是深色，室内空间设计要是简洁会更好。枕头太高了。早餐很一般，基本全是碳水。浴室空间太窄。

Ótima opção na região do porto de Shekou
Pros:

Hotel localizado no porto de Shekou, excelente para quem vai fazer a travessia para o HKIA. No complexo tem restaurantes, conveniência, etc. Quarto amplo, bem equipado e com camas excelentes.

Cons:

Atendente falava somente o idioma local.

Either false advertising or poor practices
Pros:

Don't be misled by my rate. This is a nice hotel. It sits just in at the Shekou Ferry Terminal. It has modern features with smart controls, and the overall room experience feels nice. The breakfast is also fantastic, although it’s not included with the base rate.

Cons:

It gave me the impression that they advertise the rooms at a lower price, confirm the stay, but when you arrive there, they don’t honor that price. The sequence of events feels suspicious:

1 - I arrived there around 9 am, and they affirmed that they couldn’t find my booking on their system, despite it being confirmed and me giving them my booking number.

2 - I asked for the price for 2 NIGHTS, including 2 BREAKFASTS in Mandarin. My Mandarin was not perfect, but it was understandable. I asked the front desk twice to confirm that the price they gave me was for 2 nights with breakfast included, and he said yes. For this reason, I accepted the offer and stayed despite the higher price. I considered the price reasonable because during my last stays in China, I had stayed in similar hotels for the same length at a similar price, so nothing indicated the price was "too good to be true".

3 - The next day, when I was out there exploring on my last day, I received a call from them saying that I was supposed to have checked out already, asking me if I wanted to stay the night. Then I told them that it was impossible because I had booked for 2 nights. They insisted the reservation was for just one night. So I had to interrupt my itinerary and go back there (far from the city centre to solve the issue).

4 - During my return journey, I received a notification from Booking.com saying that the hotel had just cancelled my booking with "NO SHOW" as the reason for cancelling it. This is the most suspicious thing. If they didn't have my reservation on their system, how were they able to cancel it a day later? And why did they use "NO SHOW" as the reason, when I clearly showed up and stayed the night before?

5 - When I arrived at the hotel, a different staff member told me there was a system error with Booking.com, and that they had let me know in advance about the price discrepancy. However, that's not true.

Clean, adequate, convenient.
Pros:

Convenient. Check in bags for Hong Kong flights and take a ferry directly to Hong Kong airport. 5 minute walk to a massive shopping mall. Quality restaurants nearby. Pleasant seaside walks.

Cons:

Desk staff were sullen with no English and indifferent to customers at best. They all seemed to be less than 25 years old. Older maids were much more pleasant.
