Extremely disappointing experience for a frequent guest. I extended my stay at the front desk, but the staff processed the extension without checking the system or informing me that one night (May 23rd) was completely double-booked and overlapped with my original reservation.
When I discovered the error and requested a date modification, the hotel flatly refused to cooperate, forcing me to pay twice for the exact same room on the exact same night.
Charging double revenue for one single night due to their own front desk's oversight is an unfair and unacceptable business practice. For a hotel to treat regular customers this way is incredibly short-sighted. Travelers, beware of their billing traps and lack of basic customer service when issues arise.

Noisy hotel!
Pros:

Breakfast,clean room

Cons:

A very noisy hotel, with constent bike and car noise from vehicles parked underneath. The room was extremely, extremely small and different in size from what was shown in the photos. The hotel location is not good at all and is far from central Pattaya. The reception staff were not polite, and when I asked for a one-hour late check-out, they requested an extra 100 baht.
Pool was very poor!
