Very good stay, would stay again!
Pros:

Staff was great, friendly and helpful, location was good with a beautiful view (we had a see view room), and there were many restaurants and shops close by. Room size was great and everything worked as expected in the room. Breakfast was made to order (from few options) and not a Buffett style, which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

One of the pools was out of service, and they rent the area between the buildings (boats) for events which can be disturbing and annoying.

Pros:

The room was very nice; the only real issue was the drinking/cooking water for the room was in a small bottle that needed to be refilled often. The refill station was empty most of the time even after several notices to the office the water station was empty. This made a trip to the store a few times during the stay to buy water. A cheap and simple solution of having a 5-gallon water dispenser in the room solves the problem. Also, an outside shower for rinsing after the beach would be a huge plus.

Cons:

Location and the breakfast is excellent. The staff was pleasant and the nearby stores and shopping were very nice. The central location is great for visiting a lot within a short walk.

Pros:

Room was big for a couple. Great breakfast. Cool hotel with nice pools. Location is perfect, walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants.

Pros:

Está bien. Hubo un problema con la caldera pero lo solucionaron dándonos otra habitación. Entre comercios y cerca de la playa, de los mejores de la zona sin duda
