Großes sauberes Zimmer, aber zu viele Mosquitos und kein heißes Wasser

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber.

Cons:

Es gab keine Lüftungsanlanlage und kein Insektennetz beim Fenster. Lüften war daher kaum möglich. Es gab 7 Mosquitos in meinem Zimmer.
Es gab kein heißes Wasser.
Das Personal ist zwar sehr höflich, sagte aber zu jeglichen Anfragen "nein". Da hilft einem dann die Höflichkeit auch nicht viel.

The rooms are beautiful and have that „swedish interioor style“. The Location is Fantastic quiet, Green, peaceful.

Absolutely Up to the Mark much more than one would expect from an equivalent level of hotel.
Pros:

The location was in the heart of Koregaon Park which is one of the most happening localities in Pune. Breakfast was wonderful with limited but good selection of food and eggs to order. All the staff team members were really warm and courteous. Very helpful and forthcoming in their hospitality in it entirety. This was my first ever stay with a Bloom Property and I sure was pleasantly surprised and impressed with what they are doing brilliantly with their boutique chain of hotels across the country it seem. Absolutely a pleasure staying with them in Koregaon Park Pune. The whole feel was like a decent well equipped hotel in Manhattan New York.

Cons:

Everything was good, can't complain about anything. The property of course isn't a star property however, the staff makes you feel at home during your stay and you can't ask for anything more when you have nice hospitality team ready to help in the best way they can. They are surely way better than IBIS & Ginger chain.

Die ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Die Rezeption. Einige Mitarbeiter waren sehr überfordert.
Ein zweiter Zimmerschlüssel wurde beim Einchecken abgelehnt.
Zahlung mit Masterkarte hat nicht geklappt.

6500 Rps pro Nacht sind zuviel für die Qualität des Zimmers und des Hauses.

Modernes, gut gelegenes Hotel, für eine Nacht super. In Laufnähe gibt es viele Restaurants, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Bad war nicht richtig sauber und das Zimmer nicht so gut ausgestattet (Bsp nur ein Handtuch für zwei Personen) Man konnte zwar über die App alles nachbestellen, aber nur einzeln und es wir dann natürlich immer Trinkgeld erwartet. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber wir hatten irgendwann einfach kein Kleingeld mehr.
