Pros:

‏الفندق ممتاز الغرف ليست بأفضل حال ولكنها جيدة جيد باستثناء بعض العمال توجه بالشكر إلى موظفي الاستقبال الأخ المصري والأخ السعودي على حسن الاستقبال الغرف تحتاج إلى بعض الصيانة ولكنها إجمالا جيدة

احد النوافذ في الجناح لم تكن مغلقه جيدا والقفل مكسور وصوت الشارع والسيارات مسموع في هذه الغرفة بسبب النافذة
والستارة مقطوعه لم تحجب الشمس

The apartment was big enough but the maintenance required serious attention from the management. This facility can becom
Pros:

I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with 5 family members.
1. All the electronic appliances (03 UHD flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, oven, electric stove, washing machine) were brand new, crockery was clean.
2. The reception and cleaning staff was helpful, humble and responsive.
3. Apartment capacity was good enough for family stay.
4. Few small supermarkets were available near to hotel.
5. Lobby ambiance was good and welcoming.
6. 03 lifts were available at all time and were not too busy mostly.

Cons:

1. Shuttle bus service need some seroius attention, many issues with that service. Shuttle bus is only available at prayer times, if the bus is full there will not be another trip for the remaining people. AC was not working at all and the Driver behavior was very rude with people who are asking for AC, he keep talking in the whole way non-stop even when no one is talking to him.
2. One of the bedroom AC was giving very bad smell like sewer, upon complaint, the housekeeping guy provide a room freshener spray.
3. The overall cleaning of apartment was not good, dust accumulation on bed corners, lamp shades, kitchen sink was dirty.
4. The overall maintenance of the apartment is also not up to mark, even the appliances are new, if not maintained properly it will get damage soon. Observed that kitchen tiles were broken, washroom tiles are dirty (required deep cleaning). The lightings were very dull (warm lights used every where) which makes the apartment looks very old.

Pros:

Otel temiz, ingilizce bilen kimseler var resepsiyonda Abdurrahman, sorun yaşamıyorsunuz. Apart oldukça kullanışlı, camasir makinesi, buzdolabı, firin, mikrodalga, ütü hepsi cok yeni ürünler. Yatakları cok rahat. Servisleri namaz önceleri olacak şekilde var cok sık değil. Abdurrahman cok yardımcı oluyor, tüm çalışanlar yardımcı olmaya aşırı gönüllüler. Otelin hemen yanında farklı restaurantlar ve market de var.

Cons:

Biraz uzak, servis sıklığı az ve birde otelin adı uber de çıkmıyor, kelime aralarında + koyunca çıkıyor, onu öğrenene kadar sorun yaşadık, taksicilerde bilmiyordu, ilk 2 gun bir sorun yaşadık, haricinde genel olarak iyiydi. Biz kahvaltili diye almistik ancak kahvalti yoktu, havalandırma sorun kaldığımız dairenin camlarından dışarı açılan bir pencere yok maalesef.

الفندق جميل وراق، الخدمه ممتازه جدا.. واخص بالشكر الموظف جنيد على حسن تعامله وبشاشته في الاستقبال وكذلك سائق الباص عبد الهادي على حسن تعامله وانضباطه في مواعيد التوصيل من والى الحرم.

Cons:

تكييف الباص الذي يوصل للحرم يحتاج الى صيانه لانه برودته ضعيفه جدا مع حرارة الجو حاليا..
