A wonderful hotel, without a single flaw! A beautiful building with an oriental atmosphere, a large room with a huge, comfortable bed, and a very professional staff – first-class! Delicious breakfast and a good location near the Bibi-Khanym Mosque. I highly recommend it!

Un bijou au coeur de la vieille ville
Pros:

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du Régistan, et à 10 minutes du bazar et des mosquées. On peut visiter les principaux sites à pied depuis l’hôtel.
Le design est magnifique, notre chambre était spacieuse et très calme. Le restaurant sur le toit offre une superbe vue sur les coupoles turquoises, les plats sont délicieux et le personnel très aimable.
Le personnel à la réception est charmant et très professionnel et le petit-déjeuner est un véritable festin.
Le massage était excellent!

美しいホテル
Pros:

施設が非常に美しく、いい香りがする。
スーツケースを運んでくれた男性はアーリーチェックアウトの時も対応してくれいつも優しくて安定感がある。朝食会場もとても美しく、食事も素晴らしかった。
スケジュールの関係で夕食をホテルで食べられなかったことが残念。立地もとてもいい。

Cons:

朝、部屋のシャワーのお湯が出ず、冷たかった。
日本人は水回りのトラブルにはうるさいので、ちゃんとお湯のシャワーが安定して出るようにした方がいい。
フロントの若い男性でちょっと愛想の悪い人がいて質問しにくかったことがあった。最初に対応してくれたメガネの男性は感じよかった。施設の構造上、テラスで騒ぐお客さんの声が反響して若干夜うるさかった。
素晴らしいホテルなので、ぜひ話し合って改善してほしい。

Очень удобное расположение. Площадь Регистан - 5-7 минут пешком. Окна номеров выходят во внутренний двор, поэтому городской шум не беспокоит. В номерах чисто, есть все необходимое. Завтрак разнообразный, очень вкусный. Твердые 4 звезды с плюсом))

На мой взгляд, цена немного завышена.

Cons:

Sauna was closed on our first day (without warning) and we were told we could go on day 2. However on day 2, we were told it was fully booked for all afternoon / evening despite having never been told we needed to book in the first place.

An absolute gem in Samarkand—one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!

When my son suggested a trip to Uzbekistan, I was a little skeptical at first since it’s a bit different from a "traditional vacation." Now, I am so incredibly happy I agreed to go! All aspects of this trip were excellent—the people, the food, and the safety.

Kosh Havuz easily ranks as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, within walking distance to practically everything, while still offering total peace of mind regarding safety. The hotel itself is superbly decorated and impeccably managed.

The food was fantastic, from the delicious included breakfast to the wonderful evening dining on the rooftop. But at the end of the day, what stands out the most is the staff. The people here are extremely polite, courteous, and genuinely kind. If you are visiting Samarkand, Uzbekistan, do not hesitate to stay here!
