One of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t recommend highly enough
Pros:

Ah, this place is the business, the real deal. Brilliant location. The widest beds since the Great Bed of Ware. Comfy too. Excellent bathroom. Outstanding breakfast - eg fresh cherry juice, super range of fruits, freshly cut pomegranate seeds to put in your yogurt, great cooked & cake options. And also dinner - it was better than other local restaurants, yet the same price (they could advertise as a restaurant and do a bigger trade). Huge rooms. All the rooms are great you don’t need an upgrade. A superb free private sauna and jacuzzi area. Lovely decor. The whole place is very classily done. Apricots walnuts currants and tea on demand. Really nice helpful staff. Magnificent. Pretty reasonable value too. And Samarkand is wonderful, exceeded expectations.

Cons:

It’s impossible to book it! I only just got in, booking 12 months in advance and even then during our 4 nights we had to book and change to different rooms because they were so full. For a small hotel, the room and floor labelling and layout is very confusing! It’s because the entrance and bar and restaurant floors are half a floor higher than the bedroom floors and each wing doesn’t connect. And maybe they could have had a range of seeds - sunflower, sesame, chia, linseed, well as walnuts to put in yogurt !

Jacuzzi tubs on the rooftop are lukewarm. They need to be HOT!

The best stay in Uzbekistan
Pros:

This was by far our best stay in our 3 week trip across Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Beautiful hotel, perfect location on a quiet street, the best breakfast, and a comfy room. Loved everything about it, including enjoying the rooftop jacuzzi (although wish one of them had warmer water!)

Cons:

The front desk staff weren’t particularly friendly, didn’t offer any help or advice. The hotel caters to tour groups who can take over the place a bit and be noisy but our room was pretty quiet

Great time at the Kosh Havuz
Pros:

Very comfortable and relaxing(especially the bed which was huge!). The location was ideal - a quiet street but close to main attractions. We loved the roof top bar and Ahmed was really chatty and made friends with my husband and son. The doormen were also very helpful and kind to guests. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

There was a fantastic breakfast.
Perhaps a more extensive dinner menu? The food was lovely and really affordable but there was not a great deal of choice. Not really a criticism though.

施設の美しさ•清潔さもスタッフの方のおもてなしも、ウズベキスタンで泊まったホテルの中で最高レベルでした！貸切のサウナ•ジャグジーは受付時の時間より、わざわざ延長してくださり、子供もいて何かと時間がかかるので大変助かりました。大きいジャグジーで子供たちも大喜びでした！また朝食も種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

ベッドが高くて、小さい子供は自力でのぼれなかったり夜中に転がり落ちることくらいです笑　寝心地は最高でした！

また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

部屋も広く清潔でした。部屋が寒く相談したところヒーターを貸してくれとても助かりました。
チェックアウト後もお茶を出してくれたり、とても親切にしていただき宿泊してよかったです。
部屋も中庭もインテリア的にも可愛くテンションがあがります。

Enjoy breakfast and overall facilities. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Flexibility to adjust the reservation.
Hose keeping on the next day was not cleaned at all. I found hair in the bathroom. Beds were not made tidy. Carpet was very dirty.

Everything was excellent
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was excellent—from the doormen and front desk team to the room and breakfast.

The front desk staff were especially kind, caring, and attentive to every little detail. They responded quickly to every request. When I had an issue with my shower, someone came to fix it within five minutes of my call, and the team thoughtfully followed up afterward to make sure everything was working properly.

It was the **best** hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan.

Cons:

Staff recommended touristy places to eat as opposed to more local restaurants as requested. Breakfast was just okay b/c items on the buffet were cold.
