Beautiful property and great location
Pros:

It felt palatial, beautiful place, great roof top restaurant and terrace. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

The room's carpet had seen better days. Other than that, not much to dislike.

Everyhting you need!
Pros:

EVERYTHING: from the kindness of the staff to the breakfast. The location is 10’ walking from the Registan. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. On top there is a nice rooftop restaurant to enjoy some rest and a nice lunch during the heat, with a wonferful view. We couldn’t ask for more!

Muy bien ubicado y muy cómodo.
Pros:

La ubicación, la comodidad de las habitaciones, el silencio. Es un poco impersonal comparado con otros hoteles en los que hemos estado pero el personal era muy amable y atento.

Cons:

La ducha no tiene mampara ni cortina y debes ducharte con mucho cuidado para no encharcar todo el baño.
Señal de wifi muy inestable.
Para los estándares europeos es un precio razonable, incluso barato viendo cómo están subiendo, pero en Uzbekistán triplica el de otros que estaban igual de bien que este.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional and one of the highlights of our trip to Uzbekistan.

What truly makes this hotel special is its incredible staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help are simply unmatched. They went above and beyond in every situation: preparing the sauna for us, helping us recover a pair of glasses left in a Yandex taxi, finding us an excellent local guide, and even introducing us to delicious local wines. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile.

The hotel itself is wonderful, but the people make it unforgettable. On top of that, the terrace offers breathtaking views over Samarkand, especially at sunset. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring this magnificent city.

Thank you to the entire team for such an unforgettable experience. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand.
