السجاد فيه بقع غير نظيف،، ايضا اكسسوار شعر طايح لو المكان منظف كويس مايكون فيه شيء طايح على الارض.
التكييف لما يشتغل يدخل روائح دخان. ايضا غبار كان موجود حساسيتي تهيجت علي.

The people working there made all the difference! I'd definitely be back!
Pros:

The breakfast was just insanely amazing!! Mediterranean cuisine to its best! I loved the gym, the steam room and the jaccuzi and pretty much had it all to myself during my stay! the staff were incredibly helpful. They go the extra mile to make you happy even in personal matters. For example, I wanted to order food from a restarant but I needed to have a Saudi phone number, the lady at the reception solved it straightaway by ordering it on her phone and I paid her cash! another incident when I wanted to hear the new album of my favourite singer but I couldn't because my phone sim location, Aseel went beyond to help me find a way and just made my whole week!! The people at the front of this place made all the difference and changed my perspective completely about Jeddah!

Cons:

Seriously, there was nothing that I didn't like.
