Pros:

This place is very close to the Mayan temple, and easily accessible by bus. The staff are very helpful.

Cons:

However, it's very hot here. The hotel owner could increase the price for tourists and install air conditioning; I think that would make it more appealing to guests. You can't sleep in a room that's stuffy and very hot.

L'emplacement est très bien, proche des temples

Cons:

La nourriture est chère pour la quantité servie.
L'eau à boire est payante. Je ne sais pas si c'est répandu à Lumbini ou pas, mais au Népal, c'est la première fois que j'ai eu cela.
Les moustiquaires laissent passer les moustiques. Il y avait un flux continu de moustiques dans ma chambre.

My stay was pleasant, staff were helpful, location was perfect and the rate per night suited my budget.
Pros:

Staff were polite & helpful, location was excellent. I enjoyed the momos at the restaurant.

Cons:

Bathroom was below standard of cleaning. Even for a budget friendly place cleanliness is important.

Ich habe mir sehr wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Ich war für 2 Nächte da und sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Die Besitzer Familie ist sehr freundlich und bemüht um ihre Gäste. Das Essen und Frühstück hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt! Sie haben einen Trinkwasser Spender/Filter aufgestellt um seine eigene Wasserflasche aufzufüllen (1 Liter für 10 NPR) und Plastik Müll zu reduzieren. Das hat mir sehr gefallen und hab ich zum ersten mal in Nepal gesehen!!! Ich würde wieder kommen!

Pros:

Small basic room but clean enough and in the best location close to gate number 5. Beautiful patio and terrace. You can rent a bicycle from the guesthouse and leave luggage if you need on the check out day.

Cons:

When I stayed, the owner of the place was not there. Instead, there was a young boy who needs to learn to be a bit more educated and work on his communication skills - talking to him I didn't know if he didn't understand what I was saying, if he totally ignored me or if he was laughing in my face. Felt a little bit uncomfortable because of that and also because of how the house keeping woman was silently staring at me without a single smile.
Other than that good, and it seems that when the owner is there it's all good.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and some days there was a very unpleasant and strong smoke smell from outside, think they were burning something nearby. The room also smelled of cigarettes at arrival before I put some incense.
