L'hôte est très accueillante . Le personnel à le cœur sur la main . La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Les lits sont très confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Très bonne recommandation pour le restaurant du soir ( castle view excellent) .

Such an amazing and welcoming boutique hotel! The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.

The homemade breakfast was absolutely amazing, with everything feeling fresh and delicious. The rooms were exceptional — beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely and welcoming place to stay!

An exceptional, spotless hotel with wonderful hospitality, fresh breakfast and breathtaking mountain views.
Pros:

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The hotel was absolutely spotless , genuinely one of the cleanest places I have stayed in. Everything was beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and prepared with high-quality organic and local products. The view was breathtaking, overlooking the magnificent Nemërçka mountain range. Most of all, the lady who hosted me was exceptionally friendly, kind and lovely, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Pros:

The villa has been furnished to a high standard and was presentes immaculately. We received a warm welcome from the staff and enjoyed the breakfast served overlooking the Gjirokastër mountains. A very memorable and pleasant short stay in a beautiful location.

Warm en gezellig, het personeel maakte het heel huiselijk
Pros:

Ik had gevraagd om iets te regelen voor de verjaardag van een vriendin een paar uur op voorhand en dit hebben ze in orde gebracht. Een mooie, lekkere taart en bloemen lagen klaar en het personeel zong vrolijk “happy birthday” mee.

Cons:

Het was niet zo duidelijk wat er wel of niet betalend was in de frigo. Verder was er een miscommunicatie rond de betaling met cash of kaart. Er zou gestaan hebben dat het met cash te betalen was, maar dit hadden we niet gevonden.

Personel tres accueillant, tres bien situer, la chambre etais super propre bien spacieuse avec un balcon avec une super belle vue sur les montagnes juste magnifique et le petit dejeuner etais super bon et je vous conseil d aller au restaurant en face on mange super bien et local vous serez pas decu.
