A must stay when visiting Antigua
Pros:

What is not to like, very friendly staff. The location is good. And the terraza is a must see. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Antigua Guatemala and couldn’t be more impressed with the genuine care and flexibility they showed throughout my entire trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome in this beautiful colonial city.
What stood out most was their outstanding customer service. After an exhausting but incredible volcano hike, they went above and beyond by letting me stay at the property the entire next day while I waited for my Uber. I was able to comfortably charge my phone, relax in the common areas, and regroup without any pressure to leave.
They also provided a late checkout when I needed it, securely held my luggage after I checked out, and even allowed me to use the bathroom facilities later that afternoon. These small but incredibly helpful gestures made a huge difference during a busy travel day in Antigua.
The employees here are genuinely amazing – friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their kindness turned a good stay into an unforgettable one.

Oncomfortabel, slaaptekort.
Pros:

Locatie was convenient

Cons:

Er werd een andere prijs dan op Booking gevraagd bij de accommodatie. Ook was het erg lawaaierig waardoor we niet konden slapen. Bed was oncomfortabel en het licht deed het niet.

Un lugar muy cálido y bonito
Pros:

Es un lugar muy bonito, muy acogedor, la gente muy amable, sobretodo la señora que hace los desayunos, gran persona.
Buen lugar para descansar y se puede observar muy bien la antigua Guatemala desde arriba

Cons:

Es algo rústico, no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones pero, está bastante bien y muy limpio.

Wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

Beautiful place. Location is great. Friendly staff. Wonderful terraza with view of the volcanoes.

Cons:

Rooms can get hot and stuffy. There are windows but without screens. No sealing fans.

LOCATION IS GREAT - Central of pretty much everything. Room is nice - could use a bit of updating but Very very clean. A bit on the dark side but overall okay. Also the ROOFTOP PATIO is a hidden treasure - spectacular views especially while having breakfast!

Cons:

Room is nice but definitely needs updating. Like Hooks for your towels. Bigger tables. Possibilbly somehow soundproof the rooms because you literally can here Everything.
