You get what you pay for.

Cons:

I paid for the parking designated for the guests during my stay. Parking spaces were limited to 5 vehicles and very small. Four times I came to either park or drive out and the spaces were blocked off or taken up by the owner's cars. It came to the point that I requested my money back since this was continuously an issue. I was then told there is a parking garage around the corner and was given the money to pay for a day ticket. This was highly unprofessional and caused me to be late to several meetings due to not being able to drive out of the parking. Other than that, you get what you pay for and this is a decent cheap option.
