بصراحة الـStaff كان هايل فى كل حاجة ترحيب واستقبال شيك اوى ..خصوصا مدام هايدى اللى رحبت بينا بكلام دافى واسلوب راقى فى التعامل وكمان استاذة أسيا .مستر خالد ..مستر،محمد وامل ولولو ومحمد وحسن وزياد ..كمان الهدوء والخصوصية..مناسب جدا عائلات الاطفال امان جدا ا pool الصغير..شكرا كتيير

مميزات و عيوب فندق Giza Palace Pyramids view
Pros:

العاملون كانوا لطفاء للغاية وكانوا يستجيبون لطلباتنا سريعا .الحجرة نظيفة و المكان هادئ ..حمام السباحة كبير ودافئ طوال النهار والليل ومفتوح 24 ساعة - الإفطار في حديقة الفندق جيدا جدا .

Cons:

-موقع الفندق علي bookings يقول ان هناك مطاعم بالفندق ..وهذا غير صحيح لان الفندق نفسه ليس به مطعم واحد وكل المطاعم موجودة خارجة وعلي بعد عشر دقائق او ربع ساعة بالسيارة .
- حجزنا غرفة ثلاثية في البداية ولما وصلنا كان التكييف فبها سيئا فترك ابني الفندق و لم يرغب في البقاء حتي يجدوا لنا غرفة اخري .بعد تركه الفندق طلبت حجرة مزدوجة لي ولابنتي وانتقلنا اليها بعد نصف ساعة من وصولنا في الساعة الثانية ظهرا . و لكن موظف الاستقبال ذكر لنا اننا لن نستطيع استرداد فرق القيمة بين الغرفتين لان bookings حصلت علي عمولتها ( لم أعرف ما العلاقة خصوصا انني دفعت cash عند وصولي وقمت بعمل check --in قبل الوقت المحدد لانتهائه(اي في السادسة من مساء نفس اليوم) .ضايقني هذا الامر ولكني لم اتناقش فيه لاني كنت مرهقة وفضلت ان أقدم هذه الملاحظة علي التطبيق للتأكد من مدي صحتها .
- الحجرة التي انتقلنا اليها كانت ممتازة في كل شئ ماعدا التكييف ايضا الذي كان يصدر في بعض الأوقات طنينا ملحوظا ( أيقظنا من النوم في أثناء الليل) ...اعتقد انه بدون إصلاح التكييفات سييفقد هذا المكان قسما هاما من زبائنه ..فقد فكرت في بداية وصولي ان احدد الزيارة للمكان بسبب الهدوء الذي احتاجه ولكن سوء التكييفات جعلني أتراجع وقد تحدثت في هذا الامر بالفعل مع موظف الاستقبال و وعد بحلها .
