Excellent base for exploring Amsterdam, good value for money in an expensive city
Pros:

Room very small as advertised, but a great bed, excellent shower and bathroom, TV, wi-fi, etc all good. A room to use as a base, to sleep in, but not to spend a lot of hours in in the daytime, and why would you, being in Amsterdam? The location was tops, a 10-15 minute walk to just about everything, on a Tram line. I would stay there again on another visit.

Mooie kamer en een centrale ligging
Pros:

De kamer -1.2 was heel netjes en praktisch ingericht. Ook de douche was superfijn en schoon. We hadden een kamer in het souterrian, voor 1 nacht was de meer dan voldoende.
We zijn geholpen door een aardige receptioniste.
Ik kan dit hotel aanbevelen.

Cons:

Ik heb via booking.com de kamer te teveel betaald.

Keine frischen Handtücher obwohl Putzfrau vor Ort war und wir die Handtücher auf den Boden gelegt hatten und das Please make my room Schild an die Tpr gehängt hatten

Comfortable near the museums and the weekly market
Pros:

The location. This Sunday market.
This was keyless, which was my first experience with that so you have to make sure your phone is charged
The young man who ran the coffee shop and was the on-site person was very helpful We were able to store luggage for the afternoon before we left and go over to the museum.
Easy access from airport to Subway in a 10 minute walk.

Cons:

The stairwell was very narrow, but there was an elevator for the luggage

Wir würden für ein Wochende wiederkommen🙂
Pros:

Schönes kleines renoviertes Hotel mit neuem gut funktionierendem kleinen Bad, in ruhiger Lage, sauber, toll für ein Wochenende. Sehr netter Empfang durch das Personal in der Galerie nebenan👍

Cons:

Über dem Fenster war leider eine sehr grelle Lampe und um schlafen zu können musste man die Vorhänge zuziehen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu zweit leider zu klein

Schlimmstes Hotelzimmer, das ich je gesehen habe.
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer im Keller war eine reine Zumutung. Es entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern der Website. Es gab kein Außenfenster und erinnerte eher an eine Gefängniszelle. Ich kann das Hotel KEINSTENFALLS empfehlen.

Cons:

Zimmer im Keller! Kein Außenfenster vorhanden. Man bekommt Platzangst.

Great location on the train line and just across from the Rijksmuseum. Nice staff.

Cons:

The penthouse is more of an attic and temperature control in the room was problematic. Additionally, the newly installed elevator (very slow, but much worth it with bags and Ditch staircases) only goes to the third level. Our room was on the fourth, so the last set of stairs you really need to be careful of, especially with luggage.
