員工不願服務、無私隱不安全像坐牢

服務人員不願意幫忙致電江之島船公司幫忙留位，說他們不會住客打私人電話，服務人員全部不懂英語需用手機翻譯溝通很麻煩。

上層膠囊要畢直爬手力不佳的不要訂因為你不能選擇，去到只有上層給你、膠囊內有部電視機有娛樂是好但空間已大窄還裝厚大舊式電視容易撞到頭。

一入住有大喼需另付費租用大儲物櫃事前訂房平台完全沒有寫清楚去到才知道、建議應該事先在平台告訴住客。

酒店在沒有事先知全及在住客同意下每天入膠囊清潔整理床鋪及移動私人物品、地下免費小儲物櫃也是每日酒店打開清理、感覺上對物品的保管安全感大打折扣。

整體來說像坐牢，不建議其他人入住除非你只著重價錢而對私隱及安全性毫無要求。

不會再入住。原本訂了3晚住了2晚已受不了提早一天便退房另訂正式酒店感覺像重獲自由。

Pros:

毎年この時期に利用させて頂いてます。
まずは、地下に大浴場があるのが良い。
飲食店が近い。

Cons:

布団が少し湿り気味
トイレが狭い！

Not suitable for long stay
Pros:

the location, the onsen and toiletries

Cons:

no proper living room, they don’t even allow you make a low voice call anywhere in the facility not even if none is around and you are in the common room on the ground floor, they asked me to pay Y200 per day over a 2 weeks booking just to store my suitcase in my room (insane). There is no fridge anywhere if you want to keep something fresh and the most insane if all, over 6 floor with hundreds of beds there is one shower besides the three shower heads inside the Onsen.
Definitely not comfortable for long stay in Tokyo
