Fabulous
Pros:

I loved the ambience. Enjoyed the modern style as well. Room was wonderful and comfortable. The pool looked amazing especially at night.

Cons:

My only complaint is parking. Valet only. Curious if you can park all your guests cars somewhere, why can’t we self park?

Pros:

I have stayed here before, facilities and staff are always excellent.

Cons:

No option for self parking is rather annoying. I fly for work and dont usually include cash for valet tips in my budget, and I'm unable to get up and leave at a moment's notice.

Pros:

I liked the fact that we didn’t have to drive anywhere besides the knotts berry farm but literally, we could’ve Uber there because it was really close. A mall is right next to it, restaurants. I’d definitely book again!

Completely satisfied
Pros:

It's located next to a plaza - The Source OC - which is very pleasant and convenient for an evening stroll or even if you crave for some Korean food. Noise cancellation is not bad but I still, sometimes, heard my neighbor opening and closing the curtains.

Cons:

There was hair in the bathroom when we checked in. It wasn't that serious so we didn't bring it to the receptionists. Overall, everything was fine. Lovely

Fun, luxurious for the stay and very clean. We will be back
Pros:

Did not try breakfast. The location was nice and right where we needed it to be for our vacation plans.

Cons:

The forced Valet. I would've liked for it to be optional. It was still a nice service.
