الأستقبال كان الموظف السعودي لبق ومتعاون جدا وأسلوبه راقي كذلك المدير المصري لاتحضرني الأسماء إنسان محترم وبالنسبة للبوفيه جيد

لم يعجبني المواقف كانت مشكلة للمالك قبل النزيل واتوقع الجميع لديه مشكلة المواقف ضيقة جدا في الدخول والخروج وكذلك مكتوب في booking وجود مسبح وتفاجأت بعدم وجود مسبح وممكن تمّ الغائه

حجزت جناح مكون من غرفتين وصلت قالوا غير متوفر الا غرفة وصالة وغرفة اخرى منفصلة ما قصروا كانت مقابله لبعض ولكن غرفة رقم 708 المكيف عطلان بلغتهم الظهر ولم يتم اصلاحه وعند الساعة 12 ليلاً تم طلب تغيير الغرفة وما قصر موظف الاستقبال ولكن المتوفر في دور آخر
