very relaxing
Pros:

Location was comfortable. All facilities were provided as specified. In addition to room, the common area allocated was superb for a family stay well maintained and very relaxing, ideal for a two or three family stay. cleanliness was very good.
Staff, specially 'Subesh' was very nice, always helpful and prepared to take care of our comfort, provided us with a delicioous breakfast. well served.

Estadia muito agradável em família

O que mais gostei neste alojamento foi, sem dúvida, a simpatia dos anfitriões, sempre muito atentos, prestáveis e disponíveis. O pequeno-almoço bom, a decoração era bonita e acolhedora, e as camas eram confortáveis. Tudo contribuiu para uma estadia muito agradável e tranquila.

Cons:

Como ponto menos positivo, e tendo em conta que o alojamento se encontra numa região bastante húmida, nota-se alguma humidade em determinados elementos do quarto e da casa de banho. É uma situação compreensível neste tipo de clima, mas que poderá beneficiar de uma manutenção e renovação mais frequentes. Talvez a utilização de um desumidificador pudesse também ajudar a minimizar os efeitos da humidade e a manter os espaços ainda mais confortáveis.

The stay definitely met our expectations, the room is as shown in the pictures, spacious enough, has a balcony and washroom is good too. But the highlight for us is the staff, I mentioned to them before coming that it was our anniversary and requested if any arrangements can be made to surprise my husband. Sabeed and another staff (didn't know his name) they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They did a very very cute set up with a small cake as I requested and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend the stay, it is very quite and peaceful. Easily can get tuk tuks through pickme, Gregory lake is walkable.

A comfortable and affordable stay with outstanding service.
Pros:

The room was clean, neat, and exactly as advertised. The price is very competitive for the area, making it excellent value for money. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, it is within walking distance to Albert Lake, which is a nice bonus. It is not far from Nanu Oya train station, less than 20 mins by car in the morning.

The highlight of the stay was definitely the staffs, they were very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. They also helped us to arrange the transport to Nanu Oya train station in the morning. Thank you so much.
